1. No shampoo, No Shower Gel2. No tooth brush, shaving kit or Paste3. No Hot kettle , Tea and Coffee pouches.4. No fridge 5. At this price range customer aspect minimum of these things.

There is not any facilities like bathroom shop ,handwash, oil,body wash shampoo, hair,shampoo moisturizer, and for making tea facilities at room

Very poor facilities

Great location, clean, attractive, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice swimming pool, free shuttle to the Temple.

Wi-Fi very weak/unusable in our room. Technicians will be looking at it.

Room service staff very cordial and warm. That's it. Nothing else to say.

Very old property and very highly priced (5k-6k) for the quality it offers. Photos show something but actually it is very dated like hotel from 60s or 70s. There were several other hotels with better amenities at half or 2/3 the cost. Property seriously need redevelopment or should be renovated totally. Would not recommend it to anybody.

Best Staff in handling customers with lots of hospitality towards everyone

Everything is fine, but one suggestion is to have more boards about hotel in Shiridi to know about it. Rest is perfect place and facilities to use

Location next to temple which was 5min drive

Place needs some renovation in room and also reception area

Breakfast was freshly cooked and really tasty..!!! Staff was very cooperative... Rooms and hotel premises was very clean and tidy... Overall it is a value for money hotel..!!! ?

Great place, location, transportation service.

They didnt have first aid kit, thats not acceptable when there is swimming pools, garden etc guest are expected to get any minor injuries anytime. So First aid kit should be there.

Had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. Free pickup and drop between room and temple.

TV was not working and nothing was done even after taking it up with the hotel reception .

It was very close to the temple. Convenient transport from hotel, really nice

The lobby and other places did not have AC, was very hot, WiFI is bad. The property does not take international credit cards and only accept cash or Indian credit cards. Very inconvenient as the payment mode is very restricted.

It's location & greenery around Hotel

When power supply get interrupted & comes back phone ring buzz every time & at night it's frequent issue.Breakfast starts at 8 am so if you want to start early you have to start without breakfast

Rooms are v clean n spacious, staff is very helpful and positive. Green lawns and open area is in true sense pet friendly. Our pet had a great playful time. Free shuttle service to the temple n back was a big help.

Tea arrangement in the room was missed a lot. Felt the need of electric kettle.

It's not as shown in the pics not very clean rooms were shabby with dust in balconies.

Loved the space, parking, options of pick and drop for temple Anytime and multiple times, great staff, hot water facility anytime, loved their balconies very cosy, value for money. Good and clean quilts

Rooms were decent & clean. Hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was decent. Not many options but the choice to select more than just one was welcoming.Restaurant was good.Staff were quick to support / help.

Last minute changes weren't welcome, since booking was online.

Size of the property and swimming pool

Unhygienic toilet in rooms and facilities looks very old and let down.

Room size was big enough for three people . Location to temple and free pick up and drop was provided. Gives feeling of a resort though few more facilities needs to be added and renovate

The hotel is conveniently located close to the temple, and they offer a drop/pick service. The hotel itself has a lovely ground and pool (did not use). Breakfast was excellent. Overall good experience.

The room for the price could have been larger. i was under the impression that a 'villa' meant 2 bedrooms. but the small outer chamber (verandah) with a swing was nice...

Stay was comfortable?, very near to the temple, all the staff behavior was very polite and decent. The food was very good in taste, though the price was a bit on the higher side as compared to the quantity served. Overall enjoyed our trip.

Rooms were big, specially bathroom were neat, very clean. Service of the staff was excellent. I was not expecting it but awesome for a family to stay. It's near to the Sai Baba Temple. Hotel is away from thr busy traffic. Good place to stay.
