- Location of hotel is favourable ,because it was very near to gate 1...that's the only good thing about this hotel.

- No hot water provided during our stay even after several request. Toilet needs upgrade even very basic amenities are not available. No common TV channels are available. They don't have any restaurant facility and food menu is expensive which they bring from adjacent hotels and add their own charges
- Not satisfied with the services, rooms not v clean, basic things were not available in washroom , bedding not clean , intercom was not working
- Staff are very rude not accomodative at all,the kettle was full of rust,I bet they didn't wash it for ages. There are no facilities in the hotel other than the king sized beds,everything in the washroom(the door knobs,flush,taps all are broken.

Location is the only think I liked
Staff, rooms and service. They cancelled my booking and offered me none ac room and offered me a discount.I will never go there
Maintenance bad no tv no wi fi when I book on line tells me deferent when see that entirely different. Overall maintenance is very poor.
I don’t like at all I don’t recommend anybody online it says free shettle did not provide shettle.
