- The building is poorly maintained both on the exterior and interiors, and the rooms are run down. But for the convenience of the location this place scores poorly on my ratings. The staff were also not very accommodative of a 1 hour late check out extension to allow us to complete our darshan. With most flights to Shirdi operating in 3 - 5 pm window, their changing the standard check out time to 1pm would be vastly helpful to many pilgrims who visit the city of Shirdi and choose this hotel for stay. A lot left to be desired...

The facilities such as washroom- The waste was not going from pot after flushing even it was same for basin.No water pressure so shower was of no use.No soap for hand wash.

Cleanliness of bed linen, toilet accessories missing, not given even after informing, no spare key given for a two double bed bedroom booking. Room looks old and dusty. The place looks old and dejected. Better care & Small changes can make big differences to the current situation.

1. Not like I didn't like. Extra towel needs to be in bathrooms there were only 2 but when you are check-in with kid.. you need 1 or 2 extra small towels. 2. Food ordered was delivered but it was too salty didn't eat at all.

The receptionist, the hotel staff, they were not just ready to help. I had to make the do the work.There was no hand wash, shampoo, no TV/set-up box remoteI had to follow 3-4 times just to get the TV Remote The best part we found roaches in the room. Near the tv unit and on the bed ?

Maintenanace of the room is not satisfactory. AC is very slow in its cooling action. Bath room facilities are poorly maintained. Lot of attention should be given to maintenance of the facility.
