Hotel room condition is very bad as compare to price.Not matched with the photos.Nearby hotel provide much better room with the same price or lower price.

Hotel room , bed condition, washroom.Positive vibration is maintained outside the room.External is Good but room is not ok at all.

The best part was the location which is very near to the temple. The room was not luxurious but given the offered price, it was okay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all, pleasant stay!!!

Just a suggestion, not a complaint. The washroom could have been more cleaner.

We had booked Triple Bed accommodation with AC. Walkable distance to temple, approx 600 meters. Hotel arranged free pick up and drop to station. 24x7 hot water. Breakfast variety is not vast but whatever they had was good. Hotel facility is average and do not go on the pictures. Pictures show bigger rooms than in actual. Doors are age old. Quilts are stained and not clean. Mattress are hard. Bathroom stained and not clean. Its ideal if you are traveling alone or need place to check in and check out the same day. But this room wont accommodate a family of 4 and I am not sure why Booking.com let me do that. Food price is costly. Plates kept in their restaurant are dusty and had to be asked to provide clean.

Location is an advantage if you are there for Shirdi Darshan. Staffs are very cooperative particularly Mr Santosh Gaikwad. Rooms are standard with basic facilities. Overall it's a value for money.

Ambiance was not at all good, cleanliness in rooms was okay but mosquitoes were seen in the room. , Not worth Rs 4000 at all..

I recently stayed at Hotel Indoor Palace in Shirdi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are decently maintained, clean, and equipped with basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. While the décor is simple, the ambiance is welcoming and peaceful, which is ideal after a day of visiting the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple.What truly stood out was the helpful and courteous staff. They were always ready to assist, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local information, or addressing any specific requests. Their prompt service and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel is also convenient, as it is relatively close to the temple and other key attractions.

While the facilities are not luxurious, they are sufficient for a short, hassle-free stay.

Everything was just great about the hotel. Starting from check in to check out, my journey was wonderful. Rooms were loaded with all the amenities. The hotel was neat and tidy. Staff was very polite and supportive. Food was luscious. The hotel is very close to the temple. Overall my experience was fantastic and I must recommend Indore Palace to everyone.

I liked everything about the hotel. So there is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The location, behaviour of the staff, prompt service. The beds were good and there was a kettle which was helpful.

There was no shower system there so we used the bucket & the mug which we usually do not like to use in hotels. The container containing the tea bags were not clean and had torn sachets of the previous guests :(
