Location nearby station.

The hotel did not have generator in case of power failure. The toilets were not cleaned before giving keys to customers.

Room size is very big and bathroom is very clean.

The facility could be enhanced.As modern bathroom, colour of bedroom could be done.

Room is spacious , air con was good , peaceful locale away from town. staff helpful. fell sick , they organized medicines from medicals.

they dont have a kitchen so everything has to come from outside. bathroom had no mirrors and had to ask for a toilet roll.

Only the location was good but that's with many hotels there.

I asked receptionist for water and he said it's chargeable. And then later another man came and gave water saying receptionist was lying. I didn't find it good for a solo female traveler.

Very nice facility and staff people, Nithin helped in all sort for the stay

The hotel location was good and service is also ok with the budget hotel.

Mattress laid on the bed, Cleaning of bed sheet, cushion cover. no food was available but the tea was good.

room size is good but the bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty as if not properly changed there were hair on bed .

the manager was really rude though that staff was still okay . over charging us . I got an email with their price but they charged us more . not at all cooperating staff . we had to check out one day before because of an emergency as our grand ma was in hospital still they charge us whole amount I mean there should be some humanity and cooperation specially when u r in a holy place . shame

Not prompt in providing hot water during early morning as per said time

Location is not very close to the temple although can be easily accessible with rickshaw . Place is very peaceful . Staff is very friendly and co-operative .

A bit far from mandir but we were offered a complimentary trip in the hotel Scorpio. Restaurant on call available.

Firstly they called us before check in and guided the address to reach there place, and stay was really comfortable and room was pretty clean.The staff was really helpful in planning out our sight seeing and arranged cab as well.Over All the stay was really comfortable and good customer service.
