They don’t provide remote for ac they operate it from reception

I liked the location of the hotel.
There is no lift.We had to climb 3 floors everyday as we were alloted room in 3rd floor. It would be difficult for senior citizens to climb 3 stairs. There was no proper room service.

Bedsheet was not clean ,room was having mosquito roaming around,no proper water facility ,no water bottle provided , room photo was very good but actually room was small and not in good condition..very small room for family, TV was non operational.I will not recommend to anyone...waste of money

The manager was not at all helpful I booked the hotel online at booking.com but the manager told me our booking was not confirmed and also charged double for the room. they did not help us at all poor service and rude behavior. Manager behavior only money mind person.

Room size was small
Cheap, near to temple, had parking facility and as committed hot water was available during morning time.
Don't have escalator / lift..can be difficult for elderly people.We had to wait for around 30 minutes so that they can clean the room.Handwash in the bathroom were not refilled.

Firstly I had booked this hotel for my family on 17th June from checkin till the checkout their whole experience was very bad no room service,even if they decide to give room service it will take 2 to 3 hrs n the food was so bad that they have never had such bad food in life

Only room service boy who was very cooperative to solve our problem. Cleanliness of the room washroom n corridors were good.
Overall not happy .1 No network no wifi working.2 Room telephone was not working.3 Though there was one window but couldn't open as Drainage pipelines were there so once u close the door no cross ventilation. We were suffocated.4.TV service was not there.5. Atleast they should have some facility for the morning breakfast n tea.Because u don't expect senior citizen to walk down the lane for it.For me my son was there so we were ok.6 But I'm sorry to say they should try to upgrade it.After having lot of arguments with the desk person he gave us the return gift for which we are thankful to him.We can't share the photos because we couldn't do it due to Network problems. Regards: Variava n family.
