    Pros +

    • The property is very old and the rooms are dirty. The bathroom is very dirty. There are really old Air Conditioner units in the room which have to be handled manually and it was right above a bed and it was dirty and dusty. Was so scared of catching something that I did not sleep on the bed right below the old AC unit.
    • Proximity to the temple and food
    • The only saving grace for staying in the property is it's proximity to the temple.

    Cons -

    • Everything.
    • Run down roomsRestaurant too expensive... portion quantity small
    • Bathrooms stinking of urine, very dirty.Rooms not maintained well... cleanliness is zero.

Very close to the temple. Clean room and helpful staff

The bathroom could be better. The tiles were worn out and the water clogged in the wash basin.

The washroom needs a face-lift. Taps were shabby and generally looked very worn out. It didn't give a clean appearance

    Bad

The bed was smelling, it caused allergies. The food was okay. We could not sleep, the washroom was not functional. Will not recommend the hotel for comfortable stay.

Location. Close to Train station & Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir.Interconnecting rooms.Breakfast spread was decent, but needed to be kept hot.

All furniture in the rooms looked & felt old. Window a/c.Towels provided were probably new, so that they left their threads when used. We had to bath again to get rid & make use of towels that we had brought along.

The restaurant and the food is one of the best in Shirdi ... the location is another big advantage

The hotel rooms thoroughly needs renovation. The bathrooms shall make you feel as if you are staying in a dharamshala .. its dirty not clean and everything is old and rusted.

Lovely Breakfast, rooms were clean and good tea and coffee facilities. We had a Gujarati Thali in their restaurant next door, which was amazing. Highly recommended as they do all types of Thali's there. We were also offered wheelchair service from the hotel to the mandir, which was excellent for my mum who is 80 year plus.

Not enough staff to top up the buffet service at breakfast, also the shower should contain a hand rail and a shower mat so my mother does not slip.
