Very good hotel to stay maintained cleanly staff are good ...

I have stayed at many hotels at shirdi over the years but this hotel stay has been the best. There is nothing to dislike about the hotel. The rooms are clean, staff is polite and ready to help. Even the bathrooms are perfectly clean. The hotel is at walkable distance from the temple and is surrounded by small and big restaurants so you don't have to go far for eating. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Please visit

Hotel staff cheated bcoz my aadhar I'd left with him and it was hotel responsibility that I'd handover to client but they can't. After this I request to him for courier but false committee that I'd courier but not done. At final stage request to him cut my I'd in parts and msg me but other duplicate I'd photo whatsapp me. So I am totally disagree with hotel staff and all'

Internet was not working, TV not working complained to reception there team were not able to solve the issue and did not change the room aslo

There was no 24 hrs hot water tap.once we called the reception they provide us the hot water.rest the stay was good

Hotel manager did not allow to stay ask extra money don't stay please ... I have travelling my family 3 am they didn't allow to stay ...

Great experience! Very helpful and pleasant staff. I forgot to print out my Darshan tickets. The manager helped with a pleasant face, even though I had woken him up at 5 AM ! They helped to arrange vehicles for nearby Ellora and Grishneahwar temple trip, for the ride back to the airport, all for a very reasonable price. The room was clean, AC was good, sheets, bed and towels were all comfortable. Good real hot water for shower in the morning. Generally I experience only luke warm water in indian Hotels - it was good surprise to have real hot water in the morning for shower !

Disappointing

The booking was done for my friend. when he went to the hotel for check in, he was denied the check in procedure with out checking the register. the reception staff literally throw him away and was directed to other hotel of similar name. when my friend insisted and showed them the online booking then the staff reluctantly checked him in. in fornt of him, when other client residing at the same hotel came with some TV complaint, the reception staff absued him. so overall very bad behaviour of the reception staff.

Bedsheets and mosquito and smell within the room

Very poor

Room filled with mosquitoes. There is no action taken even after complaining to the management. There is no single chair available in the room to take a seat. The obvious option is to sit on bed. On a total, I had a worst experience during my stay.

Average property with very basic amenities for a short period.

Not good value for money. If advance payment was not done, then they move you to another hotel. Though, as per the booking policy, prepayment is not required.

Hotel is very close to Temple. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very clean room

The staffs of the hotel are polite and cordial, they never ask for tips, they are serviceable too.

The location for Sri Sai devotees is best then other locations. I recommend all to stay here without any hesitation.
