Bathroom is absolute disaster. Very slippery & Dangerous. For seniors

Room size, amenities and almost every thing except Breakfast

Food is great, more breakfast selection options would be nice.

More fruit selections and fresh juice options would be better

It’s located in a peaceful location yet near to the temple. Free pick up and drop to temple

Staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good

The bathroom was a bit of a letdown. All those shower curtains made it feel cramped and uncomfortable

(1) As the hotel is not near the temple, they provide a drop facility to the temple. This was a good service as we were attending the early morning aarti.(2) Rooms and other areas of the hotel are well maintained. Mr. Prasad and Mr. Sachin at the front desk were very helpful.(3) Transport department within the hotel is good. Mr Prashanth arranged a cab for us with a very good driver (Mr Madhav) who took us to our out-station destination safely.

Parking could be better, unsheltered parking space and a bit crampy, feels like parking on the roadA bit pricier, but no regrets

The location of the hotel is great. It's just 10 minutes away from the temple. The hotel's cleanliness is also good. The restaurant serves tasty food specially if you are ordering jain food. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They offe free cab to the temple which is a plus point

The room size was smaller than expected and there was a strange smell in the room. In one of the rooms I took, the ac was hardly working.

Very good rooms , very neat and tidy…. restaurant food was good. Good service by staff as well. The travel desk at the reception was very helpful.

Rooms were comfortable and cozy.. all facilities as mentioned were present. Clean rooms and quite place.Pick up drop service to mandir is a plus.

Chinese preparations of Aanaj restaurant can be worked upon.. otherwise meals are good.Also we were served same breakfast options both days of our stay.. would be better if can arrange some variations

No proper parking facility, there breakfast gets exhausted even before the guest comes for having it, you need to repetitively request them for refill, spoons, tissue paper, asking for small spoon a lady waitress says ‘ udhar pada he uthake lelo’ wah… 100% payment they take the moment you check in with 50% advance but hopeless service and you want your guest who has travelled from so long even to wait for room to get clean even after check in at 3 pm in the afternoon. Great ?????? I will never refer and suggest anyone to stay or have food there. It’s loot.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Value for money

Parking is limited

The Front Desk Person on 14th Night shift was not suitable for the hotel Industry. He was very harsh when I asked for a one hour grace period to check out on the 15th. I told him we will check out one room on 14th 12 pm and the other room we will keep it up to 1pm. He denied my request harshly. But the person who handled the 15th forenoon session allowed my request. Hence I am giving a low rating for front desk management. The persons with such attitudes will not only spoil the reputation of the hotel and moreover the business

This hotel was incredible! The rooms were spotless, and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant had delicious food, and they even offered to pick us up and drop us off at the temple. Everything was so local to the hotel, which made it perfect for our trip.

The hotel is close to the temple and the food was good.

The bathroom was cramped and small

Proximity to the temple was a plus. Hotel was clean and above basic.

At check-in, which was late already, they had suites available that were cheaper than the 2 rooms we had booked. We offered to move to suite without any refund, since it was unoccupied. The front desk made it very difficult and charged us more for the suite. Since we wanted to stay together, we ended up paying more and picking the family suite. It was extremely small and cramped (compared to the two rooms we booked), which was something frontdesk never mentioned. And we had a really tough time fitting in the closed space or moving around. I will not stay or recommend this place again, sadly. It was extremely overpriced for the stay and level of comfort.

Jivanta was very clean and very close ro temple. Good thing is they also drop and pickup from hotel to temple. Booking process was also simple and hotel staff was approachable.Highly recommend Jivanta for stay in Shirdi and darshan.

This was the first time we stayed at the Jivanta hotel in Shirdi, and as soon as we were escorted to our room, we found the room aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was warm and friendly. Sachin, who handled our check-in, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will surely book again in this property when we visit Shirdi again.
