Only location was good

Unhygienic atmosphere, dirty toilet, dirty bed-sheet and pillows.

The staff were friendly, courteous and organised for my car hire and other requests without a hassle.

No hot water but in amenities it is stated 24hrs hot water but when enquirer they said only morning hotwater is available but no hot water even at morning. TV in the room is not working.

Booked A.C.Room but they have charged Rs.600/- for A.C.they told this mistake by booking.com

Booking.com haven't support and due to Booking.com mistake we have paid extra Rs.600/-

The staff are very cordial and guided for temple visit. Very good location for temple visit.

Need little bit care in the maintenance of pillow cover and towel.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

hotel cancelled by booking without any approval.. when I reached, I was told to pay 600 more than the booking amount .room was extremely horrible with stained bed sheets and extremely dirty bathroom

Worse service

Nothing the staff were so rude and the service were really worse.They dont have tv connection and wifi were also not working whn we complaint for tv and wifi thy said they sort it out but no issue were resolved.

More money they charged instead of booking amount Rs1440 online booking charged but they taken Rs 1500

Cancel the hotel from booking.com

As i have booked the room at some price and the other day the price were hiked. As i called the owner he told me that it is saturday and due to rush we have changed the price. As i requested and told him that this is not fair. But he didn't listen once. And i have booked two room as this trip was planned with family so it was not easy to book any other place at the time we reached their. Thanks for inconvenience from your side.

Location is very good, clean room n politeness

Rate, I booked room at Rs. 629/- but at checkin time charged Rs. 800/-

It was near to the temple at a walkable distance.

The person at the reception was very very arrogant and disrespectful. We have reserved the room one day prior and as we reached at the property around 6 in the morning we were already exhausted and the person checked my booking details and told they can't give the room for what I booked for. I got it for 1850rs for 2 nights so, he asked me to pay extra or leave at that point when I argued with him he started yelling at me and my mother later he told you guys are from south and you don't know about anything that was so harsh how can some one differentiate like that ? More over that person looked so drunk.Later the owner came into the picture and gave us the room as I told them I would drop negative reviews on website.Beds were not cleaned and the floor had some sticky thing and room was full of flies and small insects on bed. Later we requested to clean the room but the cleaner was not available so the other receptionist gave extra bedsheets to cover it which was in same bad condition.
