Iris Premiere Bed and Breakfast

Restaurant has a lot of menu options and all of us were happy with the food quality. Also ample food options in buffet breakfast.

For a small hotel in a Tier 3 city, the Room Tariff is on the higher side.

It’s location, secured parking, courteous staff, except F&B manager.

Lot of local families have dinner at the restaurant. The hotel has two restaurants, one roof top, another on the ground floor. It seems the restaurant is quite popular with locals. I visited rooftop top restaurant, and ordered dinner. It’s open air restaurant. It suddenly started raining so I asked them to serve me in the restaurant on the ground floor. The F&B manager was asking to have dinner in the room as the ground floor restaurant might not have table available. The ground floor restaurant was almost empty when I went so asked me to serve dinner there. My understanding is the reason I was asked to have dinner in the room because they don’t have table to cater to solo / couples. Most of the tables were for at least 4 persons. I was staying in the hotel, so I expected to be served wherever I asked. This isn’t the way to treat guests just because hotel earns more from the groups. Am I going to stay again at the property? Answer is simply No.

Breakfast and room service was good. Hotel and rooms were clean.

Room was too small for the amount being charged.

Excellent service from all staff, who were welcoming, professional, and friendly. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Kettle, tea, and even a fridge was provided. The most delicious food - great choices at breakfast. Loved that it was all vegetarian. A huge thankyou to the whole team at Iris. If I ever return to Ahmednagar, I'll definitely stay there again.

Can't think of a negative.

Excellent hospitality... cleanliness....and food ..!! Spacious Rooms and ambience.....!! Best place to stay in Nagar ..

nice breakfast, location a bit out of city centre

there was no one to wash the car, this is very unconvinient

Bad

Flush water was stinting, we complained but no resolution. Whole night stay we spent in stint environment. Breakfast was not value for money. Completely uncomfortable stay. I will choose in future. And word of mouth for sure will make sure not to go nearest.

Option of two restaurants. Good rooms.

Only veg meals served. Car wash service can be provided at a cost. Many visitors like us who drive down through the dusty roads need an external car wash service.
