Extremely unhygienic stay with rude staff and completely not worth the money

I booked this hotel through Booking.com 2 days ago and had a very disappointing experience.The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we called the reception to ask questions, they did not respond properly and behaved very unprofessionally.The hygiene was extremely poor. There was a strong urine smell coming from every corner of the property. The rooms and common areas were not cleaned at all, and basic cleanliness standards were completely ignored.I paid ₹6000 for 2 rooms, and honestly, this place is not even worth ₹2000. The condition of the hotel does not match the description or expectations shown on Booking.com.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and regret booking it. This experience was stressful and unacceptable.

The rooms were good according to the price and the bed covers and etc were clean.

The intercom wasn't working properly. There was a power outage again and again and also the AC wasn't working properly in our room. It was getting switched off automatically for an hour or two and again used to get switched on. This was very uncomfortable for us as we had to sleep without AC for the half of the night, due to which our sleep was incomplete and we were unable to leave on time the next morning and reached late at Nashik for Trimbakeshwar temple visit.

Nice place to stay with the family. Good hospitality. Staff was friendly. Easy accessibility. Food served was of good quality .

No handwashing liquid in the washroom. When queried, the front office manager responded recklessly that was not provided by the management and we may vacate if we don't not like the facility. He also challenged the cutomer. The front office manager was very rude and arrogant and used harsh words. The duet cover and pillow covers were not changed. Washroom lock is broken. No new tooth brush, paste and shampoo were kept. The garbage bin does not open. It's not worth the money we spent.

Nice stay. Hotel is neat and clean. Very near to Temple.

Facilities are all nice. Food is decent. We are 3 family's which came. We all enjoyed. We had to vacate the hotel at 12 as per rules. They gave us room for 30 min to fresh up at 2 with out charge while leaving to the railway station. We stayed there for 3 days and took 3 rooms.

Please remove the hotel from your site,

No WiFi no hot water bad dirty room ,

Service was way too slow. Non co-operative staff. Had to ask for a thing like ten times and yet not fulfilled which were basics to ask for.

Staff were good, immediate response if we ask anything.Would like to stay here again.

They should improve restaurant service,They don't do room service before 9 am.

Didn’t like anything not worth of anything

Wasn’t clean anything,bathroom was disgusting. Staff was rubbish. Didn’t help at all not worth for money. Even location wasn’t that close to Temple there was so many other hotels.
