Sun N Sand Shirdi Hotel

closer to Shirdi sai temple

Room was dusty, bathrooms are dirty. It doesn't look they cleaned the rooms at all. Linens had some grey dust on it. There is a horrible smell when you walk into the room. Cups in the room had stains in them. I BEG YOU, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location

It was brand new and very clean. Staff was very friendly.

It was extremely expensive. For one night they charges 30,000 Rupees.

Breakfast and dinner are excellent.

The day of vacating the Hotel, we had lunch at the Hotel and it took long for serving the meal.

Location and shuttle service to temple

Rooms and bathrooms need updating Shower was not draining

Food and Staff

Bathroom was smelly, no proper exhaust.

The pool was amazing and the shuttle service to the Mandir

The old building is very old and not value for money , the receptionist didn't even tell us that we can shift to a new building.

Great property...lots of activities, clean and very comfortable rooms..very courteous staff and swift room service

Actually everything is great. Just that the food menu although veg could be a bit more interesting

Exterior of the hotel

The hotel advertises itself as a star-rated property, but the facilities feel significantly outdated. The room had a strong old, musty smell, and cleanliness was a major concern. Towels, pillows, bed linens, and furniture did not appear clean, and the bathroom—especially the shower—was poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet the expectations associated with a star hotel.

super big, clean modern room. great breakfast

Property was new and staff were very helpful

The carpet and the sofa had a lot of hair

Good place, good location and the pick up and drop to temple is definitely very comfortable. I felt the place can be more cleaner and offer more value for money.

Cleanliness is okay, but for the price I paid, I was expecting a more cleaner place - like the portico wasn't clean enough and the breakfast buffet wasn't cleaned often enough, given the number of people.

Very comfortable stay, rooms are spacious, very clean, staff helpful and food is excellent

Close distance to the temple

Furniture little old

It’s pricey viz a viz all properties

Old building & facilities. Smaller room size

Hygienic rooms, good spread of buffet, restaurant captain, and chef were accommdating to provide special diabetic meal

Most of the places do not have awareness of menu for diabetic

We where checked into our room at 10am at no extra costs which was so welcome after a long trip from South Africa really appreciate this.

No complaints at all

I like the lobby area, the gardens and the pool. The spa service was outstanding.

The lights in the room are very dim and the mirror needs to be on a wall a full length.

1. I feel and suggest that complementary breakfast be included with all reservations. Secondly, I feel that prices in the restaurant are a bit high. Not everyone may like buffet and the price of food items should be reduced to reflect the ala carte selection.2. I like your dropping off and picking up temple visitors near the temple.

Liked the Restaurant, Shuttle Service, Staff and Hotel Ambience.
