Sai Grand Castle Inn

I did not liked any thinks As Lift is not working non of the rooms are having all things working normal.three rooms are changed for three days worst experience faced in my life time

The only thing we liked about the property was location

Rooms were not up to the mark, amount paid for the room was not worth it. No hot water

Food was tasty but not hygiene has Wasing brush found with puri served

Ground floor bathroom window open dangerous for ladies using bathroom. Single Bed so small was not comparable at all.

Proximity to temple, clean outside and inside, excellent staff

Hot water was not available. Intercom was not working

Hotel was not maintained

Breakfast had only two items poha and upma and that to were not hot and tasteless

Breakfast was good. Hotel name not visible at night

They didn't received callThey shd attend customers calls for address and other

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, TRAVELLED WITH MY MY FAMILY,ROOMS TOO SMALL,SERVICES TOO LATE,LAID BACK ATTIRUDE OF STAFF.

Not worth the hype

No facility in the room. Not even toilet paper. No Tea Coffee making items, mosquito nets are broken, Non-AC rooms boils and you can't open the window because of no insect net. I stayed in the property 8 yrs back and it was good then, now no maintenance.

As a budget property room is very good location of property also near the temple of sai baba environment around the property is very peaceful all staff is very helpfull specially at reception Mr. Sudhir & Ganesh ia helpful and very coopeartive very nice experience

Overall good experience i will definately suggest this property for staycation

Bad experience

Too far from every location. Travel cost to & from each location to this hotel is 100 Rs in auto. It is a lodge. Restaurant only for limited breakfast

It was clean and staff was good. Location is not too far from shirdi

The room was too small and was a bit old. There is no kitchen or room service
