Shraddha Inn - Shirdi

Location close to the temple (1km), walkable.

Nothing much to say, its quite an old property and under staffed. The staff at the reception are too cold, not really courteous and helpful. The restaurant is understaffed, so they tool a long time to serve the customers. If the hotel is fully booked, it would really be a nightmare to eat at the restaurant.

The upgraded suite was spacious and clean although furniture / linen was outdated

Suit has empty wooden box named as refrigerator..soda and chair cushions were extremely dirty which after notifying them they covered it with white bedsheets.. order bottle of bottles they deliver it to you after 4-5 hours...mid night no one attending your calls- no room services and no one at reception- just think of medical emergency...mid night 3 am power cut and no power backup provided for 15-20 mins..on checkout internet was down so digital payment was not possible, so they refused to give 1 bisleri water bottle- inhuman staff

The property is large and close to the mandir

The service was very poor, they are understaffed. There was no fridge thugh they had made a cupbvoard for itThe hot water only came after running the tap for 10min, so much wastage.At the restaurant, we waited 1 hour for food, as there was less staff.

Pone not working , there is no sleeper , no toothpaste and brush , fan not working properly, shower is very hard press, staff is very rood to talk

No toiletry given in any room- In Restaurant no bakery items served in breakfast- no tandoor items served- breakfast was very lower standard- no value for money- we must get back our hardened money we paid 12500/- for 2 rooms for 4 guests it’s you to get out of this hotel booking you will loose your credibility in future for allowing booking like this hotels

The property is good. Away from the crowd. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast is excellent. 10-12 tasty items. Staff is courteous. In evening we had classical singing show as well in hotel lobby.

Size of the room

It's a dated property. They try to make it seem like they have 5 star facilities, but it's an average hotel with average facilities. There was no hot water in the shower. No in-room dining menu. The booking mentioned a 10% discount on f&b, which they didn't want to give me until I asked and showed them evidence. I booked the Pelican suite, and the room size was decent. However, the room was quite dingy, which insufficient lighting.

Location is ideal and the staff quite courteous and helpful. Food was excellent. The area where the hotel needs some improvement is the general up keeping and the quality of the furniture, which was not exactly up to the par. Otherwise very conveniently located for the Shirdi temple devotees. Just 5-7 min walk and you are there.

Quality of the furniture which was quite ordinary.

Food was tasty , as compared to what we saw outside. Staff was co operative and helpful.

Bit old property but it was nice and maintained

The property spread and location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They gave hotel wheel chair for my mother in law which was in good condition for Sai Darshan. This was very helpful.

Only complaint is that the bath fittings were not working properly. When we wanted to take bath early morning warm water was not there because they had not switched on common water heater on time.

1. Bathroom door could do with a paint job. The door and its frame have started to look old.2. We could not able to use the cab service to the temple. It was always busy whenever we needed it. We therefore walked to the temple, which was just around 10 min away.

Location and fabulous staff.

The hotel need major refurbishing. Stayed at suite which supposed to have city view but that is completely untrue. Need to review description. Additionally provide training to hotel staff. Develop your staff on proper housekeeping practices and F&B services.

Very well located, only about a 2 minutes drive from the temple main gate. They also provide a free drop to the temple. It is one of the older hotels with spacious rooms and nice outdoor garden and pool area. The staff is helpful and the restaurant had decent vegetarian food.

The hotel overall is a bit dated. The bathrooms are clean but need renovation. We had to ask them to replace the bed linen as it was not clean.

Outdoor ambience was good.Staff was welcoming and eager to assist.

Property has gone old and due for renovation. Bathroom was in poor condition. Old room typical stink. Price was high for the quality of room.

Property not well maintained

Bathroom in poor condition continues leakage of water abd seepage in room certainly not worth 5300 per night

Nice people, helpful and allways avaible for the guests. Breakfast very big vegetarien indien. Hotel with charme and nature around. And this in the City center. Great ! The Manager Mr Vinod Sable is a fantastic person with a lot of information for that area.

Beds are to soft and Internet to slow.
