Rudra Royals

Breakfast was awesome and so were the staff. Very cordial.

Could have used a better vehicle for shuttle service to temple. But appreciate the option of shuttle service.

Very neat and the convenient place to stay at Shirdi.. the staff were very cordial.

Clean and decent hotel. Best part is their shuttle services offering to the temple as early as 4 am for the Aarti. That was super helpful.

Breakfast can be improved.

Hospitable staff, good rooms and great breakfast and good in the restaurant

Breakfast good buffetRestaurant food freshly prepared and tastyRavi their manager very friendly Highly recommended

The caring staff, Hygiene rooms and good ambiance

The staff is really warm , polite and nice. Highly recommended this hotel for a comfortable stay in Shirdi.

Everything was excellent!

The hotel had all the key facilities as a star hotel.it was super clean and had fantastic facilities. Its among very few hotels that had swimming pool. The staff were very good and helpful. Its just few mins walk from temple and they had car drop and pickup facility wherever you need. They help me with early checking and late check out at a very reasonable cost..

Nothing as such.

Nice clean and Value for money, this is my 2nd time stay and hotel , the nice and helpful staff, awesome food at the restaurant ..everything was very nice

NA

Shuttle service was excellent

Everything were excellent except food service at restaurant. Need to improve significantly. Even morning breakfast was not good

Breakfast was fresh and had good variety and good taste.

Linen of the room could be more fresher and newer.

Location

Rooms were not clean, no amenities or missing amenities. No toilet tissues, staffs inattentive ask many times just to get toilet paper. Breakfast was not good.

Cleanliness and close proximity to the shirdi temple

The noise from folks who were loud and spending time in the rooftop pool. The doorbells in other rooms are loud.

Staff were very helpful. Close to temple. Especially Sunil & Vikash were really helpful.

Room was slightly dusty..

Location, cleanliness, size of rooms, closeness to temple, breakfast and helpful staff.

I have not seen such tremendous and pleasant hospitality provided by Rudra Royal team, especially Mr Sunil ji who has gone beyond to make sure I have got everything I have requested. It was my wife's birthday and made it extremely perfect with decoration in room and on terrace with dinner on nominal charges. They helped me on every point to make it memorable and comfortable. They also made our day by offering a gift and complimentary breakfast for my wife. Sunil ji thank you for all the things you had done I asked for with your sweet smile. Rooms were outstanding and clean with all essentials in washroom and spacious room. Food is also great and they tried to accommodate is out of their kitchen hours.. Plus they have complimentary pickup drop to Sai Baba temple 24/7. I will recommend this hotel to all who like to have either exciting celebration or comfortable stay it offers all.

There is nothing I have found that doesn't go well. Don't think just go for it and thank me late ?

It’s proximity to everything and their drop-off and pick-up service excellent. The staff take care of everything we need. The restaurant service is exceptional, we need to go early they brought who buffet breakfast forward by 15 minutes for our group at 30 minutes notice. That was unexpected and quality is really yummy. Can’t fault. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go here in future

Only minor point is there is no filter coffee, but they compensated for it by giving free instant coffee.

I would like to specially mention excellent service provided by Mr.Ravi at front desk, He took care of our arrival, provided the needed information about places and provided shuttle from hotel to sai temple and back. He guided us about the temple and visiting hours. He made sure our stay at Rudra royals and in and around shirdi was a comfortable one.

The hotel met our expectations. Few things which we asked for, was immediately taken care by Mr.Ravi,

Good location with good restaurant.

The doors of the hotel rooms were banging all night by others guests huge disturbance and we could not rest at all. Very annoying.
