Hotel Sai 9 Heaven – A Quality Apartment for Families

I must say this hotel is the best choice for families planning to visit Shirdi. The best part is that the rooms have two separate bedrooms along with a spacious living room and kitchen. it’s a proper, full sized 2 BHK layout and Shri Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir is just a few minutes’ walking distance from the hotel. What our kids loved the most was the kitchen area, which was stocked with Maggi, chips, biscuits, and many more snacks, all complimentaryI have been to Shirdi many times from Mumbai, but this is the first time I experienced any hotel offering extraordinary services at such a reasonable price for the entire family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning Sai Temple visit with family trip to Shirdi.

Nothing to complain about, our stay was perfect from start to finish.

We stayed at hotel sai 9 heaven and it was perfect. Rooms were clean, spacious and the added kitchen was very useful for making quick meals. The location is close to the temple and easy to access.

No complaints — everything was up to the mark.

An outstanding hotel to stay. The kind of facilities with proper Kitchenet, Kettle, free food etc at Rs 2700 is simply unbelievable. 2 Rooms at this price. The staff, the ambience were at peak.We enjoyed.

We liked everything from top to bottom. We I'll plan for longer stay the next time. Loved it.

Location is good, apartment is big and comfortable, staff is kind

Price is bit high for the apartment offered, AC is in only one bed room wish it was there is the other room as well considering it gets pretty hot in summer…

It's Amazing N Comfortable Very Big Size Room Just Only One Suggestion please provide Some Cutlery Items & Also If Possible Put Tea Maker

Location is very good, supporting staff is very helpful

Kitchen should better

Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. 7 to 8 minutes walkable distance from shirdi sai temple.

Room size and facilities

Cleanliness ..so much dust in the rooms and there was no room cleaning service

Homely StayGreat Staff and Promised arrangements

We have book 02 BHK AC Flat but AC is Available in one room.TV was there but no cable to view serial.

The hotel was clean, bedrooms were large enough to accommodate up to 4 adults and bathroom was clean too.It is really easy to locate the hotel as it is on the main road right above Reliance Smart. Also, there is ample parking space for cars and bikes.

The staff was really (really) slow in providing services. We checked in at 11:15 AM and got the room allotted quickly. However, when asked to provide toiletries, they took almost 1 hour and 35 minutes to provide it to us. We had to follow up at least 5-6 times and every time they had a different excuse. While, the overall feel and finish of the rooms were really appreciative, we thought that the staff was not very responsive. Hence, we decided to not use their services any time in the future.

The apartments were new and hence the Rooms were neat and clean and I hope they maintain the same cleanliness in the future as well. Even staff was good, named Nainesh, he was only one running all over to meet the guest expectations.

There is no as such any facility you can say, limited staff, and need lot improvements to maintain this as hotel. Water availability was biggest problems, specifically hot water, as due to which apparently delayed us to start our day early. However, they really need to improve on offering facilities like atlist a water bottle and hot kettle in the room. Hotel owner has to improve on all their offerings with the sufficient staff on board to meet guest requirements.

Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful and obedient. Good ambience.
