We had an amazing stay. Prices are affordable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Clean room with polite staff

No room pantry service, no passenger lift .water was even chargeable

Basics were missing in the room and Calling again and again became Frustrating

Located very close to Gates 6,7,8. Room allocated to us was clean with basic facilities. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. It’s a Value for money

The cover of comforter could had turned pale and had some stains. Could have been better.

The ambience was excellent. The rooms were clean and place was silent. With two little kids with us, we found the staffs caring and good.

Late check out with more than 80% cost .I had checked in late at 9 pm on 14th June n was to checkout on 16th June at 7Pm.but the hotel asked for 80% cost for just 7 hrs late checkout.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Very clean room, amazing hospitality. Well maintained and very very near to the Sai Baba mandir. Absolutely happy with the stay.

It would have been perfect if there was a lift

The room was spacious. Very close to Shirdi. The markets were just in walkable distance. The place has a potential to be a good spot it there are more staff available and change the bed mattress and chairs. There was an in-hotel restaurant outside, it had good food.

But all old furnitures. Bed was hard rock. The chair cushion were also so hard. The towels were so old and hard that you cannot use them. The bathroom had shower gel pump bottle and hand wash pump bottle. Donot know how old that was. The hotel had no lift . They had staff carry luggage to 3rd floor. The light near dressing table was not working dur to which we couldn't even see our face properly to get ready. And even after multiple complaints ,none came for checking or getting it repaired.

Front office people were very rough. Every day you need to refresh your card to open your room. The people in front office only knows to teach you their rules & regulations BUT when it comes to them obviously they dont follow

Location is great as its right next to the temple . It is clean and well maintained. The restaurant maharashtrian food like pitla and bhakri was delicious.

There is no elevator, Incase you have senior citizens accompanying you. It would be nice to have towels and a closet to store your things.

Room size and location

No tea or breakfast. When asked for extra pillow they at declined. When asked for bottled water at last noght they got the bottle but wanted money for the water bottle immediately and not settle until next morning.

The location is the best. Very clean rooms with great staff

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful.
