Hotel Shri Govind

We booked 2 rooms ,Our room' s aur conditioner were on at 16 degree temperature whole night still there were no cooling . We were tired so much and we reached at midnight 1 am so we didn't demand there to make changes, our over all experience of stay was very bad

The rooms were pretty dirty. The washrooms weren't clean either, and when we asked for cleaning, the guy just brought a brush to clean. The same person is there for the breakfast department. Plus, there was no hot water, and there were hairs all over the floor.

Room near and clear, cooperative staff, good service.

We are linked with booking.com since above 25 years. Some time we found the hotel owner charges extra amount from the booking Amount by asking services and property taxes even though the hotel tariffs are included of all taxes. Most of the time in 20 years where ever we had booked hotel rooms through booking.com we use to pay the same amount what had been deal and finalize never pay any extra amount or charges.This happened with us in Shirdi they charged Extra amount of Rs 300 as service charge and property tax which is wrong practical for such problems the booking.com should take care and action on complian.

I did not like the cleanliness and hygiene. Bedsheet were all used. No soap and shampoo in bathroom

The location is peaceful. Great ambience. Excellent rooms. Clean and neat. The staff are excellent. Especially Dinesh Lanke is very good. I thank the senior staff who has guided us about the Sai Baba Darshan. Very reasonable rates. I prefer to stay there in my future cisits and I recommend this hotel to others also. Ample car parking area.
