The reception services need a lot of improvement. A lot of confusion created to book taxi to Nagarsol train station. No proper system in place at the reception. Issue of reliability because of confusion. Wifi keeps getting disconnected. Proper reception and improvement of services badly needed.

Hostile reception. No record of online payment. They didn't issue me any receipt. I made both payments online. Very primitive in hospitality.
When a guest asks for any service make sure it is provided with trustworthy so that he recommends for many who come down to shirdi. Secondly does not make to leave shirdi with tension like the way i was trewated.
The cab service recommended by your hotel.The driver does not bother to respond to the phone calls and puts us in tension.The next day another cab driver and cab arrives with no prior intimation which is not exceptable.
