St Laurn-The Spiritual Resort

Staff was friendly and accommodating after we complained about the issues with the room given to us. My partner got stuck in the bathroom ...the door would not open ....maintenance had to come and break open the bath room door which took around half hour

call the hotel and ensure they provide you a good room ...since room we got was bad but the room they changed us into was nice

I feel all in line reviews about this place are more true They are charging very expensive rate per day but once you go in you dont even see a 3 star hotel quality, bed sheets r dirty , towel are dirty and torn and bathrooms also not very clean

Bathroom door lock does not work, I have to literally stand there while they fix these issues. Could not move out as I have kids with me, manager offers breakfast to calm me. But website says it's free???, no free shuttle to airport. Don't fall for

I didn’t like the furniture. Bathroom. Room it’s very old. It’s not good of value Which I pay. Hotel need to renovation soon is possible. Toilate was old . Reception side ground it was beautiful. There was SAI baba temple. Very good it atmosphere. ?

The huge spacious layout and the small temples dotting the property. Focus is on Spirituality which is nice. Food at the Ananda restaurant was good. The complimentary pick up and drop was very efficient. We took multiple trips to the temple drop off point and service was excellent except for one particular driver who drove a Tata electric car on the night trip of Day 1 - July 23rd at 11 pm, who must have been an F1 driver previously. Take the car keys off his hands ASAP before he does some serious harm.

The room tariff is way too high for the quality of room and the cleanliness. The rooms smell and has poor ventilation. The rooms could have been much better with some love and care and refurbishment. The sofas are not cleaned and there is lot of dust accumulation. Bathroom ventilation is very poor. It could have been a much better property if the management puts more effort into its cleanliness. It is a lack of attention to detail that needs to be addressed. Breakfast was lousy. Very strict check out times. Had to pay 1000 rs extra for check out at 2 pm.

Great location and the mandirs on the property were beautiful

Rooms were outdated and extremely dirty. Not worth the 5 star prices they are charging.

The shower was not working properly and we were not able to close the shower, since it was morning could call the facility staff

Good location and decent breakfast. Staff was kind to upgrade us to Deluxe room.Mosquitoes in room were a big letdown.

I have stayed at St; Laurn earlier too hence we selected to come back but this time was a a major disappointment. Can say didn't like anything

A list of things:1) We got a call asking when we would check-in, but when we went to the hotel, the rooms were not ready, which is also fine. so we left our luggage and went for lunch. When I was having lunch, got a call from the hotel stating that the room was ready, so we quickly eat and went to the hotel and one room out of the 4 rooms booked wasn't ready.2) The room given to me, wasn't clean at all. The bedsheet on the beds were not even changed which I happened to realize late night when I actually went to sleep. This was really unacceptable. There were no room slippers in the room, had to the called for. No Moisturizer, again had to be called for.3) The plug points in the room were bad, had to call the house maintenance to get them fixed. The shower button in the bathroom wasn't working properly. the lights in our room were too dim.4) The food ( Watermelon juice, Pakoras, tea) called for by room service was pathetic.5) Checkout too was not at all smooth. The staff seemed so confused.

Nice property at nice location...very spiritual atmosphere...good taxi service to and fro temple to resort.....

The staff are very unprofessional and do not care for any kind of courtesy or hospitality and they claim to be a four star hotel in the vicinity.Even the Duty manager was very rude and did not seem to care.Hence you can understand how the staff under him would be.

Staff behaviour and room cleanliness.Towels were stained and the bathroom fixtures were not functioning properly and rusted everywhere.

The temple inside was the best part because of which I would come back

It is conveniently located and very close to the temple.

The property is ill maintained. The entire property was very dirty. The rooms were not made up - The floors were sticky, the washbasin was dirty, the bed sheets were not Clean, the windows were not closing property, there were enough remnants from the person who occupied the room previously (hair, paper, flowers, etc). For the amount we paid for the room, this was not acceptable.

Location was good. food was ok.

For the amount of money they charge for the rooms... Place is run down. Found a hair on the bed sheet. Changed room and similar issue. AC was very loud. Drain in shower not working. Iron board is from the British Era. Bath fixtures corroded.

Unsatisfactory

The washrooms were very poorly maintained. After paying a bomb for the room they were very average and did not meet my expectations. The food quality was also very average , wrt to the price they were charging .

Great property in shirdi. It’s really spiritual resort. Has areal temple with all rituals in lobby area

Hotel cleanliness was very poor. Toilets and Bathrooms very bad and had mould everywhere. Bedroom had so much dust. Towels very dirty and had to request few times to change. I will not recommend this hotel for the price I pai. Definitely not a 5* Hotel but prices absolutely absurd in return for the product and service. Staff in general very tired and no willingness to help.
