the location,the staff service,the hot water in bathroom

they should provide a hot water kettle

not value for money

not value for money. in the description it was mentioned a suite room, depicting like a living area and all and when we saw it was all in one. they have arranged few sofas and mentioned it as living area which is very disappointing

Hello Team 9 coin, I did have some feedback on the cleanliness of the rooms.1. The bedsheets were stained 2. There were cockroaches everywhere including the bathroom 3. There were bunches of hair on the headboard showing it was not cleaned well. 4. The faucets are leaking and the showers are rustyGiven this place is only over a year old, taking care of these things might be good in the long run. I am sharing the photos here for reference. I hope you will check and work on the improvements.If these are taken care of then this will be an exceptional place to stay.

Decent hotel.

Staff are not friendly. While they accommodated for late check out for one more hour to few others, they denied for my request. Probably due to third party booking of the room.

Room was clean and quite spacious. Hotel is walkable from Shri Sai Baba temple. Things were very smooth. Definitely worth staying over again.

There was a minor issue with the bathroom door knob - it was a bit clunky. Everything else was fine.

The rooms were neat and spacious, the staff were courteous and the distance from temple is ideal.

There could more variety for breakfast

nice small hotel, has a restaurant just next to it. Rooms where clean and spacious. House Keeping staff where quick to respond to any questions.

Location was convenient very near to the Temple and the room was near and clean

You can get a better place at that price

Price is v High compared to the facilities they provide. They don't have restaurant. They serve from the neighbour hotels coffee shop. Room was not clean. Basic amenities like toothbrush toothpaste shaving kit was missing.. staff is always smiling but that doesn't help.

The locationsl which was walkable from the mandir

The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean and all hair was stuck on the pillow. The bathroom tiles cannot be vitrified tiiles,, it makes it dangerously slippery with water and soaps.

Staff, cleanliness, location and food. All were good and exceptionally they arranged drop to Mandir at 4 am inthe morning. What else could you ask for.

Breakfast was good. Location was little far from our expectation from Sai Baba Baba Temple.

Require better arrangement for Car driver.

The staff was very helpful and the room and bathroom was clean. They gave us an upgrade which was awesome.

However they should check facilities before checking in a guest. The tv was not working and the complaint was not resolved till the next day. A small issue but does leave a customer with bad taste

Cleanliness, hospitality, location

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful starting from the front desk to the house keeping.Special mention to the restaurant for the tasty food.The cook was really accommodating and made extra soft rice for the baby as well. Please keep up the great hospitality.
