Review Title: Outstanding Stay Experience at Best Hotel Dwaraka Park, Shirdi – Exemplary Staff and Impeccable ServiceOur recent stay at Best Hotel Dwaraka Park, Shirdi was truly delightful and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and experienced hospitality at its finest.A special word of appreciation for Mr. Akshay, who was a constant pillar of support throughout our stay. His proactive attitude, ever-helpful nature, and prompt assistance with every small or big request made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to see someone so committed and attentive — he was always on his toes, anticipating guest needs even before being asked. Mr. Vishnu's polite demeanor, clear communication, and readiness to help with any queries gave us a sense of comfort and trust right from the beginning. We would also like to express our gratitude to Mr. Machindar from the hospitality team. He served meals with utmost care and humility, always checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The food itself was delicious and served in a timely, hygienic manner — a reflection of the team’s high standards. The property is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. However, what truly sets Dwaraka Park apart is its people — their warmth, dedication, and commitment to guest experience is second to none.We wholeheartedly recommend Best Hotel Dwaraka Park to all travelers visiting Shirdi. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience of genuine hospitality

Friendly staff and location

Basic essentials such as tooth paste was not available. Towels quality could have been better

Excellent, except the hot water supply issue. We had to take bath at 3 AM in the morning, we even informed about hot water issue. But they couldn't provide hot water.

The location, staff behaviour and cleanliness

Hotel was clean, employees were politely beside behind counter room out time. Even I told him I will clear everything check out time still disturbed our relaxing time while we were tried after back to Signapur and leaving again for 7 hrs travel . Curtains needs to wash. Blanket was dirty but outside cover was clean.

Curtains needs to wash and blanket needs to replace

Close to the temple and good location, its nice and clean but saw ants but nothing harmful ones.

Breakfast options for kids are next to none, it's 4 star so expected some good breakfast options than 3 star ones.

Location from the temple. Decent and clean room and toilet.

Service was just satisfactory. Food was not up to the mark. Breakfast was cold. Food quality needs improvement. Internet connection was promised, but not given.

Good location, value for money. Property is new and spacious

Could provide more basic amenities

Location was great, breakfast was great.

I wish they paint few rusted areas of wall to make it look little more beautiful.

Good but expensive as compared to other hotels close by

Slippery bath room without a wiper

The hotel was very well maintained, good location, and close to the temple. The staff behaviour and food was also good. It was a value for money deal... I would love to book this hotel for my future stays.

It is a new place...I hope the standards are maintained in the future as well.

Located close to the temple and convenient to all places. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. The food is quite good.

Location, big rooms, resturant food is good

May be a little more customer friendly, offer better options in breakfast, including fruit, cereals etcLift is quite small

Clean and spacious

Advertised airport shuttle is not “really” a shuttle. Hotel books a cab and charges the fare. It’s “usually” cheaper if we book the cab directly.

ALL IS GREAT ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. EXCELLENT LOCATION, SERVICE, QUALITY, STAFF, FOOD, AMENITIES ALL WAS GREAT.BUT THE BEST THING I FOUND WAS THE PRICE. ECONOMICAL PRICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY.WE GOT A 7 STAR GUEST SERVICE FOR THE PRICE OF 2 STAR. BEST SERVICE FOR LEAST PRICE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.

Location is superb (5min walk from the temple), staff is courteous and food options are great. Check in and check out process is hassle free.

Rooms could be a little bigger but not much of an issue though.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Vishnu and Mr. Bhagwat. I’m very impressed with their hospitality. Restaurant Krishna provided excellent food for my family. All the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and everything was very hygienic. First time I’m visiting Shirdi but felt very secured and comfortable staying at Hotel Dwarka park.. will definitely book the same hotel for next visit.
