- The facilities and the suite were truly nice. However, the overall maintenance seemed a bit lacking. There was a careless group letting their dog off-leash in a shared public area—not even the designated pet playground—and no one was there to address it. The suite also had some damaged areas that appeared to have been left unattended.
- The hotel, and room in particular were very tired and in need of upgrading or renovation. The breakfast was awful with virtually no accommodation for westerners. Not even any knives - how are you to eat the steamed (note: not fried or grilled) bacon. There was no bar and given the distance from any other facilities, the lack of a decent convenience store or mini bar was poor. Overall, not value for money.

the room is clean and spacious, the surroundings also beautiful and lovely for golfing. Good breakfast for both Korean and international.
The keycard automatically cancelled on the last day morning even before check out time, need to renew card which was quite annoying and staffs wanted me to check out immediately!!
The view we got was amazing. We loved the breakfasts too.
Oddly our room didn't have an iron. We asked the staff and they told us they didn't have any or an ironing service.

The bathroom is big.
1. There is no swimming pool in the hotel. It is 5 minutes away by foot. Besides, it is a public facility. Hotel guests also should pay for it. Not even discount. 2. The opening door of the room is slightly broken. 3. No entrance into 보문 lake pathway. 4. The double bed of this hotel is two connected single beds.
The hotel was located near the stream. Thereby it was easy to take a walk around.
Charging additional 20% from the total fee for 1 hour late checkout was pretty lame
Bathroom was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel anywhere! AMAZING!
