Commodore Hotel Gyeongju

Loved the grounds, the access to the lake and nearBy restaurants. The rooms were remodeled and nice.

There were NO toiletries included with the room but had to be purchased separately. The room I was in had several dark marks in the walls like scratches and as if over used. . The AC wasn’t able to be changed to my liking, no matter how low I put it ,it never changed. The noraebang was really smelly.

Location and comfort.

Having to pay for pool usage. Pool usage for hotel guests should be included. That was a sneaky add-on that wasn't communicated when I booked.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was good.

No carpeting in room. No air=conditioning. Although both of these are advertied in the description about the hotel, neither were available.

Nice view of the lake, live music in lobby (7-10 pm), nice long for relaxation. Very helpful staff nice variety of menu on restaurant and reasonable prices. Comfortable room size. Desk, fridge and electric kettle. Nice ?

Did not have electricity plugs on each side of bed / used portable battery and no side table on left hand side of bed (I used desk stool which worked fine)About 15-20 minutes taxi ride from main part of town and attractions. we’re happy with that and reasonable taxi but some might want to stay in town and avoid those costs

Filthy. Construction works woke us up 7 am. No compensation. Had to beg for another room. Outdated

The location is fabulous and the room was really comfortable and spacious. The staff were lovely and very capable.

Nice place and very warm woody theme and decoration. The views on the lake are AMAZING. The room is spacious. There is a nearby bus station to reach anywhere in the city. It has a swimming pool as well.

The AC control is central so you can't change the temperature. I felt it's a bit warm sometimesn

It was okay and alright location.

Fur coat no knickers springs to mind. It’s pretentious but absolutely no need to be! Do not have a massage at all! So over priced and terrible. It was more like a light rub: The hotel had a group of 90 teenagers staying; the shop was located next to the massage room - all I could hear was teenagers screaming and shoring for the entire massage whilst buying stuff in the shop. Why did the hotel put the massage room next to the shop? When I complained to the manager, he blamed the lady instead of the hotel.

All was great, the only thing that was not working was the AC. The room got very hot at some point

The bed not comfortable, small ( maybe less than 100 cm ) and soft, not suitable for old people, back pain.

cafe and bar closed at 10:00 Not only hotel but the cafe/ bar around the hotels are closed areound 10 , restaurants closed around 9:00

The vintage charm of the place was absolutely captivating. The staff was friendly and the mountain view was absolutely breathtaking. And let's not forget about the cleanliness, it was spotless! Oh, and the live music in the evening was such a treat. It was the perfect way to unwind, especially with a delicious cappuccino made by the staff. Such a delightful experience!

The air conditioning was a letdown. It was set to a default temperature for the entire building, which made it feel stuffy. Thank goodness for the window in our room, otherwise it would have been unbearable. The Western breakfast options were lacking. They definitely need a wider range of choices.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so without a car not easy to get there but it was in a quiet area near the lake. The receptionists were very helpful. There is a nice outdoor pool.

The swimming pool was nice to have but even the hotel guests have to pay for it. The Noraebang (Garaoke) in the hotel was not to recommend.

Room is spacious and view is great.

It is a bit far from the conference venue.

Excellent karaoke, spacious rooms, large clean bathrooms.

Breakfasts were delicious but very pricey and the coffee machine produced weak espresso.

Intialy ordered room was not confertable and I was requested by wife to upgrade - General conditiomwas poor,
