overall comfortable stay

Booked two rooms for our family of four, but two rooms are far away… they should take care of this when the same person booked two rooms…briefly elevator was not working….no gym, no hottub, or swim, no nearby good restaurants…we didn’t use breakfast this time since we didn’t like it last time….

The room is clean and good location to go souh or north scenery. It's also very near to (just a few minutes walk) the the scenic point 영일대. Consider the price, it is super valuable.

Great location with ocean views on one side of the building. Rooms were more spacious than expected. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Only complaint is that we reserved three ocean view rooms and were placed on three different floors.

Great stay. Clean hotel with modern facilities and great staff. Rooms were little small but clean and comfortable with awesome ocean views.

Parking lot was a little tight.

Location, view, cleanliness

Overpriced. Six nights at about $1550 for 9 night was over priced. I will consider other options if I were to come again.

The view of the sea was amazing from my room. The property was in an excellent location with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose between.

The location and view of Yeongildae Beach was wonderful. It was close to the beach and easy to walk around to restaurants. The beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit on the expensive side but it was okay. The bathroom could also use a bit more lighting by the mirror. We also had a hard time adjusting the temperature of the aircon so ended up waking up from time to time to adjust it. It gets too cold or it just turns off when set at a higher temperature. I hope this can be improved.

The view from the sea view room was spectacular. Good location with the view of the space walk, pavilion and the light displays from the factory at night. Staffs were friendly. Room is spacious and well maintained.

This was my second stay at Lahan and it comes as no surprise that it didn't disappoint. If you're looking for a place to relax and reenergize, look no further. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. For me, the view from the room is by far the best part, especially waking up and seeing the sunrise. As a added bonus I did not expect it, but a few front desk staff members spoke English. Thank you for the excellent customer service and relaxing stay!

Hearing my neighbors yelling/playing throughout the day in the hallway and their rooms wasn't my favorite part, but it was something I anticipated. Aside from that, my stay was amazing.

The location is near the beach. And along the street there are a stretched of eateries option; mostly seafood cos it is near to the beach.

The hotel staff who we approached when we first reached in the morning to check in but she gave me an unhappy expressions and using a very cold tone and said we have to check in at 3pm. No smile on her face. This is not a good customer service I'm expecting from a hotelier.

The hotel has an excellent location, overlooking the sand beach. Staff is helpful, and the room is clean.

check out isn't until 11:00am, they knock on our door at 9:30am, calls the room on the phone to see if we are still in the room. We felt like we were rushed out. Also, design of the bathtub is horrible. It sits up too high and water gets everywhere.

The cleanliness and location.

The room was quite warm as the aircon was centrally managed and we can't adjust the temperature based on our needs.

Location within walking distance of main tourist attractions, beach view, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel location and breakfast buffet were great. A colocated bakery and coffee house called “Do not Disturb” was also a nice place to hang out for coffee and pastries.
