The location of the hotel. Uncomplicated parking and check in process.

A old hotel that is tried to present as a new one. Looks more like a bad hours motel. The smell in the room is unbearable. Even after several hours in the room and during the night it stank of a mixture of old cigarette smoke, bug and room spray. There was even an ashtray on the table. However, a non-smoking room was booked. The bed was very hard and it sounded like you were sleeping on a plastic sheet.There were also mosquitoes in the bathroom.We highly recommend not to stay in this hotel!

6 pm check in. a number of the room conveniences didn’t work. taxi drivers had hard time finding it.

great location, many fresh seafood restaurants about a block away,,you pick the fish they cook

The location is not bad. Very close to Songdo beach. There was a nice big bed and it was comfortable. Very nice shower and a big bathtub. The amenities were good.

Check-in is not until 6pm and you cannot request an early check-in. Parking in the lot is not allowed until after check-in. There were hairs in the bathtub. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke.

The location cannot be any better. right across from Jook-Do traditional market and all kinds of local bus lines and you can go anywhere pretty much at such a cheap bus fair.

Property was very nice.

I heard a woman scream in terror and fight with someone (furniture moving, doors slamming) above me, and then alerted staff right away. Staff told me "no you didn't" flatly, and refused to do any real investigation on the matter. A woman was definitely in danger, and the hotel staff blatantly ignored it. Disgusting.

The bed was very comfy, free water and juice, amazing spa bath and really good amenities in the room!

There was a slight smell of smoke in the room? I don't think anyone was smoking, but the smell was a bit strange. But you didn't notice after a short while.
