Very convenient, a little hard to find at first.Plus the window opened- so I could get cool air flow in the super hot room-cuz Koreans keep everything HOT.

Limited parking.

Location is okay it was close to a traditional market

Furniture looks overused and needs an upgrade

Convenient location within 5 minutes walk to big market/fish market. Easy walk to commercial area as well as convenience stores. Close enough to walk to Yeongildae beach and spacewalk.

I room was very tight space with 2beds and no place to hang clothes

Very friendly. Nice location. Nice rooms.

The space is clean, but the sound proofing isn't great. I can hear people outside talking.

It's not very far from the bus stops, but the distance is not ideal, either. No ramps for luggages.

Staff was very understanding as I had to do an extremely late check-in (at 3a.m) due to the commute time with the last bus, coming in from another city. The hotel is relatively new (you can still see some renovation works here & there) but it didn't bother me the least bit! Amenities provided were incredibly useful for travellers and you'd be glad to have them, facilities were new & cozy, location was quite central (only a few stops away from the bus terminal) and it's walking distance to the nearest bus stop. The hotel was also about 6-8 mins walking distance to Jukdo Market and was surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants/cafes & shops when you're at the main street.Eric & another lady were friendly & assisted me during my stay with questions on local sights/transport and I've had a pleasant time chatting with them. I also found out that my rooms were upgraded during my stay (extended 1 more night and had to switch room) & truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the hotel.One of the most comfortable places I've stayed throughout my trip in Korea!

Hotel razaB is very close to Jukdo Fish Market and the river.There is a large church nearby and Pohang Riverwalk is close by. Renovations are in progress and almost complete. RazaB is developing a “Touch of Class” with huge windows/door panels the length of the lobby allowing for lots of natural lighting. New tables and comfortable chairs were added in the lobby area plus a separate computer area. Reception area is really nice too. Parking is well defined in front and on the side of the building. Beautiful landscaping was added outside, in the entry and on each floor level. The entire staff we met were exceptional, personable, and professional -some of the best we have encountered. A hotel becomes a home away from home. We stayed there a week. We were treated like family. Park Su Jung went out of her way to help us find our way home the first night we were there. Park Yong Soo is quite knowledgeable, a good listener, pays attention to details and treats his staff with respect. He is proud of his staff and hotel and made a special effort to make us feel comfortable. Seo Won Chae keeps the facility very clean and helped us with luggage. Andrew, the newest employee has lots of experience with hotel service and he treated us very kindly. He was a good listener and communicated well. All the staff members we met smiled a lot. We liked the bed, pillows and lighting. The shower was wonderful. If we return to Pohang Korea, we will stay here again.

It would be nice to have shelving in the rooms for long term stay ( that might still be part of renovation). Unfortunately the beautiful tiled floor in the bathroom was angled wrong preventing the water to drain properly. A bathroom squeeze would help move most of the water to the drain.

I like the bathroom facilities, and the bedroom. The shampoo and body wash scented very nice! Basically I'm satisfied with everything provided here. Located at quiet zone, they even have tea and coffee prepared in every room.

If there's at least one more staff at the reception, that would be better.

The room is comfortable and the bathroom is big for one person, it has small fridge too and. They have their own room deodorizer spray. The staff are very helpful, if I have questions and requests they answer it in their most helpful way, they even called a cab for me upon check out.

Colored or flashy signage outside can be helpful in finding the hotel.

The location is near to Jukdo market, very convenience to take bus or taxi. The room is clean, and staff was helpful even though they don't know how to speak english.

The room is small for both of us. but we aware as its consider good enough for korea standard.

karaoke place right next to the hotel.... people probably love to sing every night ~> quite loud ? but still bearable

It was close to transportation, which was very helpful. There are also quite a few restaurants around, and the Jukdo market was nearby too. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the beds were quite comfortable! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

The staff were very helpful. They expedited the cleaning of the room and let me check in early. The room even has a computer that you can use. My suggestions include thorough cleaning and plumbing maintenance: - only the front of the table was clean. I had to wipe the whole table. - the bathroom sink and drainage also needs to be fixed as they do not drain quickly. It takes both 10 mins to drain completely even for a short use. I am also thankful the kind staff called a taxi for me when I checked out.

Staff couldn't talk much English but they were so lovely .phoned our room every day to ask personally if we wanted our room cleaning.Had a big TV in the room a kettle ,and the bathroom was big,also a great shower .the room was warm and also had air con if got to warm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was showing sings of use and was pretty small but it was cleaned every day and kept pretty clean overall.

There was no way to regulate the temperature inside the room and it got too warm for comfort during night

The room is a little dirty, with a sign of blood on the table. No breakfast!small space!

Mr.Kim is very kind-hearted and helpful.During my stayed at RazaB. I need to signed the contract with the company in USA and I need to read quite a lot of paper and he helped me to print out of that paper. I do appreciated your help and hospitality.I traveled in Pohang for 5days. I had such a lovely memories nice weather nice food and the very nice hotel. I love the room that was clean and cozy. I needed to motivated myself not only stayed in the room lay down and go somewhere ( of course mr.kim helped me about the directions bus number and also write the Korean name of the place for me to show the drives and call for help in case of I am get lost :)

Decent location and kind staff! Comfortable for a solo traveler.

The room could use some cleaning/updates

there was no breakfast, but the room was nice and the entrance plain but smart. the staff were very welcoming. everything you could hope for was provided (including condoms), but the decoration was plain and tasteful. no hint of a love motel feel.

The bathroom had a glazed wall that was part frosted. that could cause problems of privacy when going to the toilet or doing other intimate things.

Staff was nice and they had good facilities

It was not as clean as I hoped. Found a dirty sponge with hair on it in the bathroom and the toilet paper had not been restocked, the empty roll was still in the bathroom along with a half used one.
