Excellent value for money facility, good room, excellent location and courteous staff

hotel location and room good staff should improve their customer care attitude.

Reception staff look bit arrogant in nature. Could improve the attitude with a smiley face and helping attitude.

The location is not very far from both the rope car and the steps to go uphill.

The staff at the reception was not cooperative when there was a difference on the amount booked and charged. He was about to charge higher price as he claim that's the price showing from his side and do not want to consider the total charges booked by myself. When the matter was escalated, the manager agreed with me as there was a mistake on the amount given to them.Rooms had mosquitos.Not surprised to see they have removed their hotel on booking websites.

Great location, located very near to Palani temple's adivaram. Room is spacious with sufficient amenities. Breakfast buffet was tasty with sufficient choices.

- There is a iron board in the room but no iron box. Requested for an iron box and waited, but it never came. - Please wash the bed runners thoroughly after each stay or simply do away with it. We notice stains on the bed runners and decorative pillows. - Please make arrangements to accept international payment cards. Your hotel is not only frequented by locals but by people from overseas. Since international cards were not accepted, we had to pay for our stay in cash.

The location is very good which makes the temple visit easy...moving out of Palani from the hotel is also easy because of the location. The buffet breakfast is quite reasonable and tasty...overall experience is very good.

1. Rooms are spacious, clean and well lit.2. The reception staff were very friendly and was always ready to help.3. The hotel and it's inner surroundings were really well maintained.4. The inner restaurant was very well maintained and had good options for dinner and complimentary breakfast.

1. Unavailability of room services. Not sure if it's an one off case due to staffing issues.2. There are two restaurants in the premise. The inner restaurant, next to the reception, is well maintained but the outer restaurant is really pricey for the quality of facility.

Location, decorum of the property, Availability of food and other amenities, privacy etc. Arguably the best hotel in Palani.

The property is showing signs of old age, although only visible to the expert eye. It will take a good 10 years for it to come to light for everyone. Timely maintenence can prevent this and upkeep the ambience of the rooms and the property.

Property is good for money.

Check out reception staff had a horrible attitude and argumentative instead of helping to arrive at a solution. Expected much better service and courtesy from such big property.

Very close to the temple. The staff were really courteous. Clean and well maintained property. Restaurant serves really good food.

I stayed few year back but this time room wasn't maintained well as bad/dust smell was there.Food taste wasn't good.

breakfast minimal Indian fare.

Bathroom shower handle fell off and worked only with a lot of coaxing. Drain in bathroom did not drain properly, even after staff "fixed" it. Times for hot water are fixed and not available during the main part of the day. People were smoking down the hall. People left their doors open and were talking loudly. My wife got very sick from something she ate or drank in the hotel restaurant.

The price, location and comfort was ideal. We liked our stay there.

Cleaning was little late. We had to follow up twice..We had to get the kettle and dustbins replaced as it was broken

Breakfast was good. It was all Southindian food. Tea and coffee also served on table. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

In order to reach rope car ticket counter one needs to walk for 10 minutes. I would have appreciated if the staff would have informed me the same. Rest everything they told me upon asking and this was onku something that I didn't ask so I have to walk with my kids. Phone was not working in the room and upon complaining they changed but that also didn't work. Wifi was not available almost throughout my stay.there was one more issuerelated to food which I addressed to the staff and immediately took note if it and did rectify as much as they could.

The location is very close to Temple in a walkable distance. Hotel itself has a very good dine in restaurant. Neat and clean rooms, value for money.
