Disappointing

Totally the stay was disappointing ,A/C wasn’t working properly and in window one pigeon nest was there and it wasn’t out side of window it was inside,but luckily window was having mosquito net so it didn’t came inside. Also bathroom wasn’t clean and wash basin doesn’t have pipe, and parking was also full ,actually parking is not there only 4 cars can park in front of the hotel nd rest on road side.

We like soft reception,good response, reasonable food but all are very poor. Staffs are very irresponsible and arrogants so we are disappointed in this trip.

Staff were friendly, especially the manager. No restaurant available, but food were arranged by the hotel staff. Not very far from the temple. Average stay for a reasonable fare.

There is no proper car parking , they charged much then what I have booked.

No parking . Zero room service support .. people where always fallowing for money.. don't trust the people on receptionist..be careful.. I didn't got any invoice for room booking . They simply took the extra money.. i disappointed with booking.com

Nothing as if now. 2018 and 2019 it was great

I have visited this hotel 2018,2019. During that time it was good. They were having wifi, breakfast, intercom, etc. But now there was no wi fi, no breakfast, no intercom nothing, fully dust. Even the AC is not working properly, tv is not working, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet, no shampoo, no toiletries, they charge the room including breakfast but when we ask them, no breakfast sir. They don't have the backup facility now if power go off. As it is far from the temple location but 2018 and 2019 we found that this hotel had good facility so location was not a problem. Now If we need early check in and late checkout then they charge 500 for each . I would like to request booking.com to remove those facility which you have mentioned in your website for Hotel Amritham inn palani. Now they don't have such kind of facility as it is shown in booking.com. now it's like a lodge type with basic room with a bed and dirty blanket and a dirty bathroom. Will never ever visit this hotel and will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is definitely not for a family stay. We did stay in this property in 2018 which was good, but this time it was an utter waste of money.

The property promised for a complimentary breakfast which was never offered. The staff members were very rude and nothing in the room was working. The tv remote had no batteries and so was for AC.

Rooms are spacious and good (suite room)

The staff will not address the issue unless you point out and for some issues if you point out also they will not do itAnother thing is they will ask you tips ..how ironic ...
