Very bad hotel. Receptionist is a bad person.

Quite place. Clean. And kind of homely. A walkable distance from the Palani temple and Idumbar temple.

There was a musty oily smell from the bathroom. Could be a blockage in the underground drains.

Rooms were clean. Helping Staff

Food is not available in this stay. Behind hotal Ganapath ( not Ganapath Grand) good food we got.

No AC. No TV Connection, No hot water, No breakfast.. They charged me 1088/-

Hotel location good. But all other things are not good..

Rooms are not clean. Toilets not fine. No geiser at toilet..hot water problem. No need to explain .but reception manager polite man..good. rooms are not..

Did not get break fast and rooms were very Poorly prepared even after Requesting.Did not get necessary items like water, handwash ,soap etc..Will not prefer to book room again in this hotel.

They didn't give us room. Told it became full. They didn't accept when I showed the booking details. Horrible experience. Suggest to avoid such fraudulent hotels

The location was ideal for muruga darshanam. It’s a few minutes walk away from the temple premises.

The hotel manager was not present at all making it difficult to communicate with the staff who only spoke and understood Tamil language. The bathroom seemed like it wasn’t cleaned enough. The room’s cleanliness was fine.

What booking.co shown in the wbsite not at matching what i see in the property

There should be some responsible person , Toilet where not clean, No responsible person to respond , image shown in your website is not what i see in the property, no bath towel provided until aske that Un hygiene and stained bath towel and no bathing soap , i had to ask for everything.I could not stay I checked in at 1 pm and checked out at 5 pm on the same day as I did not like the place.

Except the location from the temple, there are no positives for this hotel

It is not clean and not maintained in a better way. Beds are not at all comfortable and there are mosquitoes

AS per the online and direct family room price varies in online its mentioned as 2000/-. where as they took 2900/-

Need more staff to attend and staff keep A asking money for tips

Beds make lot of sound when we turn. Ac motor makes.lot of sound exhaust fan in bathroom was not woeking

The rooms are very much different from booking.com picture. ? in the bed. AC shows 16degrees but doesn't work well. No cleanlineasNo Wi-Fi.

Location of the Hotel was good, walkable distance to Temple...

We 4 friends stayed for one night....Since we were not family they provided a room in the roof...which was not furnished well, beds were ordinary, Since net was not fillted , mosquitos were coming to room. But for families they were providing good rooms.

Staff is helpful. Parking is available. Location is good if you are planning to stay back in Palani with family.

Located near temple.Hastle free darsan. Hotlers arrange for pick up and drop. Round the clock staff at service.

The total bill amount could be displayed in booking.com when giving the check-in time.

Had an Excellent Stay here. The room is very spacious and Clean. The owner is very friendly.

Complete forgery by property

We have gone to the property as per booking. They said it's completely booked and said us to take a room near to their building. They also said it's their hotel property. We argued with them to give the room as per the booking. This is complete forgery from the Hotel premises. Now booking.com is asking for no show fee. what the hell is this. we are completely frustrated yesterday. we reached around 10.30pm at the premises and they gave us a low class room near by claiming that it's their property. we can't even check for other hotels at that time. Why the hell these kind of property list in booking.com and cheating customers. we need a proper explanation, and they got the same amount for that low class room. Not even any basic facilities in room. No toiletries, no water just nothing except the damn Cot and bed with ugly bedsheets and no cleanliness. Totally disappointed.
