- The views the staff and the oxtails
- The staff was amazing, my first few hours before I got my room was lit, the staff at the bar by the pool on aug 6, a million thanks for making my trip fun for a few hours. But the staff there are truly the prize.

- Food selection horrible, there wasn?t food 24/7 like an all inclusive should be, lack of entertainment , no kids activities , the bathroom shower leaks water on the floor and it rained and water blew under my door causing me to almost feel. disaster.
- The food was horrible, the entertainment was very poor, the refrigerator door and furniture broken. No wash cloth or bath rugs. Poor access for elderly, flies in dining area
- the food was horrible, the buffet was not replenished, the staff was not nice, music too loud on the beach, the quality of the service was mediocre. The grill on the beach was a joke
