Stylish rooms at the Dreams Rose Hall All-Inclusive Resort & Spa all feature floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a balcony with views of the coast or nearby hills. Rooms also have a flat-screen TV, fridge and luxury bathroom. Rose Hall Resort has its own water park with slides, terraced pools and dive-in movies. Scuba diving and water skiing is available, and there is also a modern gym with a jogging track. Guests have a variety of dining options, from the elegant Three Palms Restaurant to Italian cuisine at Luna Di Mare. - I. paid for an upgraded room & didn't get what i paid for ?
- Amazing food, especially the Jamaican food in the buffet which was by far the best quality buffet I've ever had and even beats some high end restaurants. Beautiful resort, mostly great staff & service, great massage & room service
- The food was average.
Cons -
- Should have given me room i paid for or refunded the difference
- A few staff members were rude for no reason, noisy kids ruined a couple romantic moments
- Poor customer service from many female servers/bartenders; most came across as angry and resentful; several appearin selectively pleasant and prejudice. rooms were outdated. Elevators and Wi-Fi did not work. No hot water at times. Toilet could not flush.
