The location Is great ?

The bathroom Is not that clean as I expected.

The staff are so nice and helpful.

No refrigerator for my insulin, and no ice available.

The was great and attentive. The location was also helpful - close to the mall and family.

Only one TV channel is working, AC was not cool enough, there was water leaking from the ceiling, visible water splashes on walls.

The location was perfect! So nice to be right at the Robinson’s Mall; shops, restaurants and even a grocery store. Very clean and staff were attentive. Loved that rooms had hot kettles. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are incredibly kind and always ready to support you, especially Al in housekeeping. I was truly impressed when he left me a note saying he's at my service and encouraging me to explore more of Iligan—such a thoughtful gesture. He even folded my towels with a lovely design, adding a special touch. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

My room is quite small—I barely have enough space, with the door nearly hitting the bed. The overall condition isn’t great, especially the bathroom and cabinets, which look poorly maintained. There’s no fridge or complimentary water provided, and I think a bottled water should be offered as a courtesy. The air conditioner appears old and doesn’t cool effectively.

The Space and the Communication Its so hard beceuse ones you booked online then you want to extend you have to do it your self and you cant keep your room one you Do it. Your self only you have to transfer even its same price

The shower makes the outside floor wet bc the door is that kind of door where it stops the water from leaking.

The AC unit in the room was not cooling properly. It was super hot. Only cold spot was the lobby. They also had to open all my luggages.

It’s attached to a mall

The hotel service is subpar. As a guest, pretty much humiliating to open and check my things in the luggages one by one. Our visitors are not allowed to go to our room. Even our gifts are being suspected of something despite some “scanner” they use. Basically, they inconvenience guests because they have no facilities/equipments to check things. Further, complimentary drinking water is not even provided.

We loved this place. It is accessible to all. It was our 4th booking of this place and will continue to keep booking.

Incomplete basic travelers need provided by the hotel particularly bo disposable toothbrush and toothpaste.

How the manager explained the “no invoice policy when paid thru booking dot com”… He could have handled it properly…

The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The security team was also excellent—very professional and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Great service overall!

The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are not up to standard. We booked for a family of three and got one king bed, which was comfortable, but the space was too small for three people. You also have to buy your own essentials, even garbage bags.The bedside table had fresh paint and the small wall shelf—about 1.5 feet long and 6 inches wide—was clearly just painted before we arrived. When I placed my phone on it, the paint was still sticky and came off. The bathroom was also very small, and every time we took a shower, water leaked out the door and spread under the bed. Overall, the room needs improvement.

The shower door lets water flow outside, flooding the floor.There's a window with no curtains and there are so many lights that can't be turned off.The room wasn't clean, just the bed got dressed, but no new sheets, no new toilet paper.The faucet was not well installed.There was no guest kit provided, we had to ask the staff.
