- It had all the basics, was clean and close to the beach.
- The hotel is nicely designed in a row of rooms with plants alongside. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The location was fine - less than 10 minutes straight down to the beach.Sipalay Beach is great - always deep enough for swimming, clean and sandy. The food park by the beach is a very nice place to watch sunset and relax.The omelettes made for breakfast were very tasty and large.

- They advertised bikes to hire, there wasn't. Staff were not that friendly and engaging.
- However the room is really very small - nowhere to put clothes or suitcases so we had to push our suitcases under the bed and pull them out every time we needed something.Also the plumbing in the bathroom was poor - the shower has very little pressure and often the toilet did not flush so the bucket has to be used.We were told that breakfast was from 6am, but on the day we left there was no chef at 8am so another member of staff made our breakfast.
