Location is amazing, the service is very good and has fantastic reception team and especial thanks to Orwah.

We like the staff they were collborators, the hotel location is good, the verity options in breakfast.

The facilities like the swimming pool is not for family just for adult, also the cleaning need to change the covers every day .

Hanin is fantastic! She needs a raise! She was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable! When I asked for tissues - she didn’t say - ‘just look around!’ But she sent them to our room along with lots of extra towels, water, etc. My suggestion is that she train all of your front desk employees - also, her English is great!! She suggested the fabulous restaurant next door (instead of KFC)! You are THE BEST, Hanin!

Because it is early March, the AC isn’t on yet - that would have been nice.I really like the breakfast hours - but the scrambled eggs I had were all dried out on top…(I scraped these aside).The selection of breads was good!

I usually compliment a hotel by saying it’s good for the money. Banoj is exceptionally good for a ridiculously affordable rate. The staff is so cooperative and the receptionist (Hanin) is the first friendly one of her kind that I meet since I moved to the US thirteen years ago

The breakfast

The hotel needs some maintainance but whenever you ask the staff they help.

Friendly and helpful staff members. provided options to occupy another room which was cozier for my family and mine.

though it is in a great location. but there was a little bit of noise of the nearby cars driving till mid night.

The family suite was dirty and grubby and decor was poor, some of the lights didn’t work, the air conditioner didn’t work, only 1 plug socket and the door lock was broken. in my opinion could do with a refurbishment

Great hotel close to the airport, came from Australia with my little son and they where very helpful before arrival through booking.com and also when we arrived here. loved the morning breakfast there!. Great variety ? definitely a comfortable stay

everything was perfect except the garage for cars was not so good .. staff were amazing and so polite and the cleanliness was perfect

I waited more then 2 hours for check in.The room was very small no view, full of cigarette smell.. it took hours to get rid of the smell..First morning i woke up at 08:55 with someone knocking the door very hard , even he tried to enter the room and yelling "House keeping".
