Jouhayna Hotel&Suite

Location

Old bathroom and the water keeps running in the flush. The elevator broke and we spent half day going up and down using stairs. The breakfast is a funny story, the close it, on weekends, while people still using the buffet before 10. It’s not a nice nor a professional.

Location

Lack of facilities and non responsive staff, the path room is horrible, small, lack of maintenance and short path stufff.

The place is clean. The staff are all helpful and kind. The place is excellent and close to many important sites.

Location, wifi, privacy, AC

Daily room cleaning is poor and the breakfast.

Location, room size, staff, wifi, privacy and AC.

Daily Room cleaning is poor.

The Size of the room , Every thing was perfect and clean , the location was great and the area was lovely , Also the room view was nice

The breakfast need to be more various

I booked a single room and once I arrived I found out it was upgraded to a business suite with no extra charges, you can order a breakfast at your room for $10, also the staff are amazing, they will try to help you as much as they can, whatever you ask they won’t say no, it’s a clean, comfortable place to stay

This hotel was a great value. The location suited us very well. It is close to many great modern restaurants, but also allowed access to the tourist center as well. It is very upscal and comfortable. And the staff are always so helpful.

The bathroom is in need of an update. It didn't match how nice the rest of the room and hotel were.

The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and they went above & beyond to make sure my stay was extremely comfortable. The room was sparkling clean, and very spacious.

Only the location

Not clean. Not comfortable.

Location, large room.

Not good

Room was very bad the mattress was basically two single put into a king size bed which is very uncomfortable. Bathroom door doesn’t close I spoke to the reception 3 times they didn’t fix it. Room service was average as they didn’t change shampoos, tissues, cups or take the garbage. Value for money was very expensive any other hotel you can find outside for half the price and much better service. Not to mention the continuous room service or technical work for the rooms next door they do it at 3am which was very disturbing I couldn’t sleep. Overall the experience was very bad.

Breakfast. Room service.

the room smelled of stale cigarettes. the carpets looked dirty. the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close or lock. my contact lens case and toothbrush disappeared which was inconvenient. Disappointing that the airport pick-up is not complimentary and is expensive.

the property is good and staff is very helpful.

the property needs some renovation but it is acceptable for a work trip.

Everything is excellent. The room and morning breakfast compared to the price was very excellent. The staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was excellent. Thank you to the hotel management

clean and tidy with very helpful staff.

the cleanness, the staff and the location, easy parking and easy access.

Very poor

Its dirty and its ramshackled. There are more than visible signs of dirt in the rooms. The windows probably havent been cleaned not in weeks, but months. Generally the staff is okay and polite. But the hotel and its hygiene conditions, or the lack there of, are very very bad.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, attentive to your requests and cost effective accommodation.

Bag of touch had no door , lack in hot water in bath, 1 water bottle for two persons, hair dryer was not work, beds were too small,

Staff are so nice and cooperative when change the room we were satisfied in 19/9/22
