The breakfast not good, i had already visited this hotel before and the breakfast was better

Honestly just the valet service, nothing more I can think of that was good or even fair.

Toilets and sinks were dirty. Bedsheets had spots on. The rug was all dusty. The staff were too slow to get anything done. Breakfast was not fresh and the food was all smelly. Really one of the worst experiences I have had.

I liked the staff and the hotel location.

the power plugs didn't match my laptop and couldn't get help

Well the hotel is good overall. The location is great and the cleanliness is excellent.

There are a couple or more things that lacks this hotel, like the TV is old and didn't have a smart operating system.The fridge is old and needs to be replaced. Shower water was a 7/10 hotness. It doesn't have a clothes iron machine.

This hotel remains the top choice in Erbil. The staff are not only wonderful but also exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

The quality of the breakfast at this hotel has been consistently declining. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in the variety and freshness of the offerings, which used to be one of the highlights of the stay.

The Staff, reception all where very cooperative and location is very good

The room keys! You have to take them several times to the reception to charge them again!

The staff were professional and the rooms and bethrooms were clean. However, the shower was extremely small.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The room space is more than good; the furniture is quite good and modern.

The breakfast items were poor compared to the high cost of the night, which I don't think was worth it. I also didn't like the room service staff because I asked for water when I arrived at the hotel, but they never brought it. The bathroom was awful, and the water didn't drain easily.

I had issues with AC and Wifi on the 1st two days and then they changed the room and then things were better

everything in this hotel is amazing. The hotel itself exuded elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully designed furnishings to the stunning artwork adorning the walls.

While my overall experience at the hotel was amazing, there were a few areas for improvement:Door lock issue: I encountered a problem with the door lock in my room, which required assistance from the staff.Elevator maintenance: The elevator seemed to be in need of serious maintenance, resulting in delays and longer wait times.Breakfast quality: The breakfast didn't meet the same level of excellence as the other aspects of my stay, and could be improved in terms of variety and quality.Despite these minor issues, the exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities outweighed these concerns. I still highly recommend this hotel, and with these improvements, it has the potential to provide an even more exceptional experience for future guests.
