- Very clean spacious room and very helpful staff. Great location for both visiting the city and the surrounding area.
Cons -
- The air condition was not cold enough although 18 degree celsius was set. It should be once cleaned and maintained.
- Can't really fault it, i did not have breakfast so this i cannot comment on.
- The rooms are comfortable for 2 adults but when you add extra bed, the space is limited. There are no family rooms as well, it will be good if they can provide family rooms so those travelling with family can get comfier.

The strategic location is the main plus point as the hotel is very near to the town and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean as well including common area. The staffs are very pleasant too and always ready to lend a helping hand.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great view (top floor) nice balcony, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast
Room size, bed, breakfast
bahtroom no seperation between shower part and dry part. Make the floor wet all time. Even the bathroom size is big, but the functional design is not user friendly. Leaving out the bathroom problem, it will be petfect.
Spacious and clean, delicious breakfast, nice caring staff, good location near restaurants
Wet and dry areas in the bathroom weren’t separated
Comfortable beds. Clean room. Friendly staff
One of the better hotels Phatthalung. Room was big and clean. At night the area is quiet and away from the main street. Shops are a distance away though but the hotel staff can assist if you require transport to go around town. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Nice mordern, clear hotel. I have green field view
The Receptionist was super nice ! Hotel view was nice, just beside a paddy field ! 2 bicycles was provided to ride to nearby mart to buy stuff ! A Cafe was just below the hotel. Few coffee tables was just outside the lobby hotel very suitable for family or friends to have night chat at there but not to make noise while chatting.
Treadmill Chain in GYM room is slightly broken. The other equipment is okay.
It was such a wonderful stay, we definitely will come again. Stuff is very helpful and friendly, room is spacious, clean and modern.
