Everything was very good . The staff was very kindness people . Cooperative . they Give you feeling as you are a part of their family . The food was very good.

Loved the stuff. People are wonderful really ready to go off their way to help. Hard working. there were a couple of functions that required organising sittings, food, beverages outside in the garden and I saw how hard the staff worked! Proximity to the sea. The food was great.

I did not like the bed - it was too soft for me although the reception sent me a topper when I mentioned that I cannot sleep. With the topper it was a bit better. The pillows were not good for me too. I usually travel with my own but it was impossible this time as I tarveled elsewhere before coming to Turkey. The pillows were changed 2 times and was okish in the end but still not 100%. I did not like the layout of the room - there was a wet room with the shower and separate toilet with frosted heavy glass doors and the basin in the hall of the room..... I travelled with the relative - whenever she went to the loo in the middle of the night and turned the light on it woke me up with the light in my face......The hangers in the wardrobe were difficult to use - they kept coming out of the slots....

I am staying at this hotel for the second year in a row. I had a great time. The staff is great. Every night they wouldn't let me leave the bar :)

It's time for the hotel bathrooms to be renovated.

When they paint,they don’t cut different colours .Small details of cleanliness.For example in the gum there is air conditioner on the top .It was very very dirty !

Very quite place suitable for relaxing. Food is awesome, with plenty of choices and good quality. Staff are really kind and helpful. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded. We also liked the evening shows. You can also use the aqua park of the other Sherwood hotel. In general, we had an amazing week, and we liked it!

Location is a bit far to Antalya (45 min with taxi), so limited excursions to do. The sea is also sandy and not clear water.

The food was very good, nice variety. Pool was really chill and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Rooms very cleaned very good, we did an upgrade to the rooms next to the pool and they were amazing. AC worked very well.

There appeared ants sometimes in the room.There should be more fridge or options around the hotel with water and other drinks if bar is not open.

The food in the restaurant was quite simple, good and tasty. Good and fresh vegetables. Deserts a way too sweet.Adult only - no children in the hotel.

Terrible air-conditioning both in the rooms and restaurants, poor towels, everything is old, unfortunately, have a shabby and outdated appearance. Boring evening programm in the "beach bar" only, not enough place for the guests.Nothing about five stars! Between 3 and 4.

It's so normal and doesn't deserve that price. The big issue be careful the air conditioning not working very well I've got the first room and they changed to another one but the both rooms were same thing it's so hot we cannot to stay and we decided to move. My reservation was 7 nights and I've stayed two nights. Also no one assist me in this issue , the booking or the hotel they just care about the money.

Nice hotel for couples. Silent, you can find space to enjoy your time. Big swimming pool - pity that not heated during colder season.

Rooms should be renovated. The bathroom is half open which can be an issue for those who need intimacy. AC is working only from time to time correctly. The water in the swimming pool to cold for October, could be heated a bit. Last but not least - I loved this hotel years ago when it wast Sherwood property: the night program was really top: there was great music to dance to, and romantic evenings or concerts were classy. Now from the moment when it belonged to TUI, it lost its charm.

Beautiful hotel with loads of greenery and unusual pool. Variety of food was great, 3 bars to choose from with 1 open 24h, 1 nice patiserrie where you can have a nice snack, outside lunch restaurant and main restaurant. Nice entertainment and themed dinners. Very nice gym with new equipment and separate fitness area outside to enjoy your workouts.

Bare in mind it's german hotel, staff mostly speaks German. Bed in our room wasn't the most comfortable but it's personal preference. Very disappointing shower- there was no tray, shower screen or any other separation so water after shower was everywhere and it was really slippery in the bathroom. Water was coming to the room if we took longer shower so had to use towels to stop water going down further. People are also 'booking' sunbeds from 8am or even earlier so if you are not a morning person you may struggle to find nice spot around pool or on the beach

the property is so spacious, clean and nice, you can find all water activities on the beach and the pool is amazing!

it’s only it is a bit far from restaurants and pubs, but maybe this because the whole area is so, however you can literally stay at the property for your full vacation and no need to go out.Also, it would be nice if there was music on the pool

The stuff are very welcoming and friendly. The place with the people makes you feel home. Rooms are clean and the hotel in general has a very big value for money, it worth every penny. I’d like to mention some people who made my stay very nice, Meliha, she was very friendly, very kind, helpful and yet very professional. Inan from animation team, very welcoming. Ilhan from sunset bar, very helpful. And Ali from the Island bar. They made my stay even better and more enjoyable. I’d like to also thank Mrs Mini from the Spa, very friendly. A must to thank are the chefs, food is superior. It’s the right place if you’re looking for somewhere far, relaxing and calm, when you go there you’re intending to never leave the hotel.

1- No Jacuzzi 2- I think they should add a limited pool with music around it other than this long one open endless on that connects all parts of the hotel. The reason is they need to have a heated-pool so everyone can swim. During my whole stay, I saw only (less than 10 people swimming), because the water is freezing (late April). 3- The way they deal with some problems, no flexibility, the plugs in the hotel room are not suitable for everyone. When I arrived I asked for a solution, supposing when you’re running a hotel you’re expecting guests from around the world, I told them that my phone is about to go off and the answer was you can go to the city center and buy something, I think those stuff are hotel’s must have, not everyone is coming from Europe to standardize the European plug.4- WC for of the main restaurant and the sunset bar must be improved and cleaned more

The layout of the hotel was great. The pool and beach area were very relaxing. Large selection to choose from for the buffet meals. Enjoyed the extras of a waffle station in the afternoon. Most staff were friendly.

Not the ideal hotel for single people as it was mostly couples. Some music for entertainment at the pool during the day would be great.

We would have been happy if there were soft mats for the deck chairs at the beach/pool because it‘s really uncomfortable just with a towel

Best quite place and beautiful spots for honeymoon sea view room that has a balcony with soundproof. Specially it's for adults only.Huge variety of meals and drinks.Daily interesting activities.The beach is clean.Staff were so welcoming and helpful in whatever we request.It was so magnificent week for us.Strongly recommend it.

Minor comments on the bed it was twin not king size as for couples it's not suitable. We couldn't argue as it was the only available with sea view.We can here slightly the TV and snoring from next room at night.

Just one restaurant. They need to open more for variety of cuisines. Not much to do at night, same bar. They need to improve the entertainment program especially since it's adults only.
