The location, friendly staff, small territory which is perfectly organized for the stay with a little baby of 0-5 years old

Cleaning was not at a very high level, the rooms are bit old

I loved the staff first and foremost, they deserve to be recognized all of them , super nice, attentive, helpful and hard working (rarely I see such hard working ppl from the youngest to the oldest. It’s clean , constantly they clean. Plenty of snacks and food 24h. The rooms are spacious and daily cleaning and restocking.

I wished they had more entertainment like the hotel next to it like foam party, night club, better live music. I understand it’s family hotel however are lots of young couples.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful – it never felt like they were only being nice for tips. The room was clean, the bed linens were fresh, and housekeeping service was consistent. The view from our room was beautiful. Also, the hotel is very family-friendly with lots of activities and facilities for children. Our overall experience improved over time, especially thanks to the restaurant management, who were very accommodating.

Unfortunately, when we first arrived, we were given a different room than what we had booked – instead of a full sea view, we got a partial one, which was quite disappointing. We were told this was what their system showed, although it didn’t match the pictures and descriptions on Booking.The food was decent, but the variety was limited. Red meat was rarely served, mostly just fish and chicken. The main buffet restaurant was smaller than expected, with fewer dishes than we’ve seen in other 5-star resorts. After 2–3 days, the food started to feel repetitive.Also, the kids’ pool had colder water than the main adult pool, and The small amusement park was generally nice and most rides were running, except for two that were out of service due to staff shortage.Conclusion:Despite the initial issues, the staff’s helpfulness made a big difference, and we ended up enjoying our stay. I would recommend this hotel for families with children, as there are plenty of kid-friendly amenities and activities. Just be aware that food variety and room assignments might not fully meet 5-star expectations.

Luxurious facilities very clean front of house staff pleasant most bars efficient.

Entertainment non existent. Atmosphere around pool and in the evening flat compared to the beauty of the facilities.

My favourite part was the night time entertainment with the dancers. I liked that there were shops in the hotel and an arcades area! The workers were friendly also :)

The food was awful and the staff lack an understanding of speed esp when you have an infant. It took them 2 hour to bring me water so I could make my babies milk. I had to come out the room and get the water myself. They don’t refill the room in terms of tea and coffee and during hot season they should be constantly adding water bottle in the rooms

The kids club

By far the worst possible hotel experience of my life. Just returned with my two daughters after a week of hell. We were given a filthy room which we had to sleep one night in. When our room was changed the next day, the wi fi didn’t work nor did the tv for the whole duration of the stay and nobody came to fix it. Staff were rude and mocking me. The food kept finishing each day - there wasn’t enough to go round. The pools and aqua park and freezing cold. The shower in the room was freezing cold. The staff are all miserable and seem to genuinely hate working there. Nobody helped us or rectified any problems. We were offered a booking at the a la carte restaurant but the food was very average and it was not adequate compensation for a week of money down the drain. I would rate this hotel a 3* at best!!

I had the best holiday ever hOtel is amazing. Staff is very friendly. very clean food is very good. I planning to go back again in August time very safe for hotel. My daughter loved it. They are so good. Kids club worker mr Mehmet and Miss Ceren’s very good with kids they look after my daughter very well. When I was arrive Miss Hatice she’s in reception she helped me and everything. They are so good waiters is very friendly. They make you feel very special when I’m sit down in restaurant. They give my drink straight away. They care to you. really good as well thank you very much. Every single person in Otel I definitely go back even they give me the lunchbox before I left the hotel. They try to make sure when I’m on the way to England I can eat something very friendly, very family orientated Otel they are very good with kids. They has fun fair in hotel my daughter really enjoyed it

dangerous hole in the floor outside by the pool, my friend cut her leg open so she had to go to the hospital to get stitches, toilet stopped working, air conditioner also worked a little bad for some of the days

Polite and helpful staff at the reception. And an absolutely kind hearted ice-cream lady.

Cleanliness is not to the expected standard. May want to get some deep cleaning during low season. Had to wait for waiters in the restaurant for longer than reasonable. May want to increase the number of staff.

Still plenty sun beds to put the towels on at 9am(I was surprised),the staff come to sun beds to ask you for a drink (very polite)they’ve got bottle ? like (Carlsberg,Becks)for all inclusive drinks,staff very fast and polite and one more thing which I love (even you go out of room and take the door card the A.C. Still works and you can find the room very cool!

Actually is not about the property caz is nothing to do with them but I didn’t like the sea caz you walk for about 2-3 meters and the water is overpassing you so no good for kids!

The hotel is nice and certainly better than I expected after we read some of the reviews just before we flew out there.But they do need to re-invest into most areas. (e.g. The gym equipment must be the original equipment - at least 15 years old and looking older.) The food was ok, but certainly the same most/every night. Yes variety to a point - mainly different types of stew! - but not true variety - by cooking techniques.All in all this is a 4* hotel tops. But charging 5* pricing. Which certainly makes it feel very expensive for what you got.Upgrade the tired bits (and the food menu) and it would be one to go to for sure...

Offering lacked variety as a whole.Which made us want to leave the 'All Inclusive' hotel 4 days out of the 12 we were there, to visit/experience something else.The hotels challenge is to stop people needing to do this.

Nothing except the reception area and the bar next to reception was good

Upon my arrival and inspite I have confirmed booking they told me they don’t have a room for me and insisted on transferring me to another hotel related to same group away of the hotel I reserved in by 40 minutes and I had to take same trip again next day to Sherwood dreams .Let away there is not internet and only one person responsible for concierge and no ironing tools in the whole hotel among other factors contributing to miserable experience.

A- Unfriendly night shift manager.B- Room was totally not ready as:1- Phone was not working. 2- Toilet door was not broken.3- Toilet light was not working.4- Electric box was exposed.5-No tissues.6- Main room door lock was not working and had to replace access card 7 times till the staff figured out that it needs to be fixed.7- Don’t disturb sign was not available.C- Internet was very bad as it was breaking and not compatible with apple devices.D- Very bad incident that led to totally mossing our plans for our first night in the hotel as we were traveling as two families together and due to hotel OVER BOOKING they had to move the other family to another hotel till they have a free room for them by the next morning while this was only offered after we told them that we will call the tourism police otherwise the solution they proposed was to put the two families in only one room!!!!!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good food with a lot of options. There is a choice of restaurants on-site. Tasty snacks between main meals like hot-dogs, chicken doners, hamburgers, donuts, ice cream, etc. Cold drinking water in fridges. True beachfront. The beach clean and with plenty of sun-beds. The extra pool in the SPA with cold water was an amazing thing after sunbathing at +40C.

There is nothing in particular that I truly didn't like. WiFi requires improvement for sure, it is enough for messaging and web browsing, don't expect it to do heavy lifting with a lot of media. It also requires better coverage in the pool and beach areas.

Amazing summer vacation stay at Sherwood dreams resort .The Staff were all amazing helpful nice .Special thanks to Mr. Shabi, Tumut, DJ Joe , Picachu, Ms Burcu the entertainment team ! Many thanks to all the waiters and the waitresses , especially Mr. Sulaiman at the main restaurant, Mr. Mahmoud at the Bridge Bar , Mr. Nazir at the Waves Bar Restaurant.The food was excellent, many choices , good quality, snacks all day long .The swimming pools were always clean , maintenance done everyday.The beach was nice , we thank Mr.Denis for the water activities, we enjoyed it all.We enjoyed the water activities at the pool with the entertainment team , the shows every night at the Amphitheatre, the live music shows and DJ music nights at the Waves Bar Restaurant.

We took the family connecting room , it was fine . But the room service could do better for room cleaning and replacing the toiletries.There is a bad smell in the bathrooms sometimes , but I have experienced this at different 5 star resorts in Antalya , I think there's a major problem in the sewage infrastructure in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The resort was very beautiful and had many activities.The beaches and pools were very clean and there was always very delicious food. Overall an amazing experiance would definatly visit again
