In general building is modern and staff was helpful

The hotel looks much better on the photos. It is located in the dirty area full of construction remaining. The rooms are super small and face noisy and busy road. The pool area is much smaller than on the photos and is dark and uncomfortable. Maximum can be used for one night stay. Poor breakfast

New building, good staff, good breakfast

The buffet was overall okay! The food was fine and it was clean.

The fact that the staff at the reception did not even speak English was not so okay. I mean it's a touristic place you should at least be able to speak in English and make yourself understandable.

The bed was good, pool and sauna were nice.

Underneath the bed very dusty And Customer service very average, hotel taxi drivers very awkward and over charging on every trip. Food quality was ok but not a great variety for me personally.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were nice and clean

The food choices for breakfast were not so good, that’s the only negative

The breakfast was miserable. I seemed to be the only guest in the hotel. One could die of loneliness, " the shining " came to mind , that is without the snow. I asked the bartender for a coke, and he informed me that they had only coffee or tea.Everything was closed down in the hotel. If they wish not to provide these facilities, they should close the hotel and not take guests . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very cold hotel, no comfort. Disregarding attitude of the staff, no one speaks any language other than Turkish. Got an allergy from the bed linen. I don’t recommend it!

Sauna

Staff are miserable. If i was the owener i would be having serious words for them to sort there attitude out and customer service. The male with the top knot / pony tale should be sacked. Pool is freezing cold nobody goes in it.

Decent hotel, ok food, friendly stuff

If you like to sleep with open windows or balcony, ask the room opposite to swimming pool. Air conditioner above swimming pool is too loud during the evening

The hotel deco is fresh and new. Facilities are clean.

Horrible experience

I was on vacation for 2 weeks, and I stayed there for 3 nightsThose three nights were the worst, the staff were not helpful at all, they didn't answer the calls when they answered they just closed the line, and if they heard you they would not help anywayyou have to pay extra for everything, even water every day!Imagine they put for us bracelets when we arrived to know that we were from the group who paid for breakfast.The breakfast though was the only good thing thereotherwise, it was a horrible experience and definitely, and I'm not going back there!

Nice new hotel. Very clean, In a walking distance to city centre. Has free shuttle to the beach and back.

Staff barely speaks any english which makes it a bit hard to understand.Food is absolutely the same every day. If you expect to eat baklava - don’t they don’t serve any. The male at the spa is probably the only one who spoke english and he was extremely pushy for the paid services at the spa. He even came to the pool to look for me and offered me cheaper massage and when I said no he got really angry and spoke to me very rude. I couldn’t even go tell the manager about it as they don’t understand me. So bear that in mind if visiting. Pool is a bit overfilled so water’s over the tiles and it’s really slippery. Woman was cleaning around the pool with some sort of spray and was pushing the dirty water towards the pool which made us not go in the pool anymore. No juice or beer all day yesterday.

The beds were decent. The adjoining room in the rooms were a good touch.

They were racist. They disliked black people and non-Russians and made that quite clear. They refused guests entry to the hotel. They even refused guests sitting in the lounge. They were rude. They were unhelpful. They threatened us with the police each time we'd ask to have guests come around. Their meal times are far apart so we ended up starving with no options even though it was sold as all-inclusive. Terrible package entirely.

Rude staff, experienced racism multiple times with the staff, we also had the police called on us multiple times, the food was disgusting and the drinks were worse. The cleaning staff did not do a great job and essentially shifted the dirt around. Do not stay here

Modern hotel with a very good kitchen. The beach was miles away but the transport was provided every hour.

The banging on music almost till midnight that doesn’t let you rest. Not sure how people with children managed that. The worst thing it was a russian music in the middle of the war. russian flag at the entrance to the hotel — you serious?! Shame on you.

Breakfast was good as far as breakfast go. Would have liked to have the option of Macon ( instead as bacon not halal so not available ). The food attendee Hummus ( not sure of spelling ) was a breath of fresh air and made the visit to the dining room a pleasure.

The lack of variety at supper. It was more of the same every night. I understand its difficult with a buffet but small variation could have helped. The people dishing up plates of food that looks like mountains of food , and then leaving 75 % on the plate. Sadly parents have become the slaves of children in this case as well.

The hotel was very clean and the spa facility was nice.

The reception staff were very unprofessional and did not do their jobs properly.
