- The staff is great, very kind and ready to help with anything and accommodate your needs. There is the possibility to rent motorbikes directly at the property. We really enjoyed our stay at Mada Lanta!
- The staff, however, was friendly.
- The owners are some of the nicest people I have met in Thailand , I felt truly welcomed. Villa bungalows are really nice in and out , Beautiful jungle gardens and very quiet in the evenings. ( no cockerels or dogs on site ) Great WiFi with ice cold AC. My stay was perfect , I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons -
- I booked a five-night stay at place Mada Lanta Mai Keaw. However, the room did not match the photos uploaded on Booking.com, and for example, the promised air conditioning unit was not in the room. In addition, on the first night, I woke up to a cockroach bite and eventually found two cockroaches in my room during the night. The ceiling was also leaking water onto my bed, so unfortunately, I dont have anything positive to say about the accommodation.
