If you ask for the hotel bill, they will create problems and not give it to you, they will say you booked on Booking, ask them, if you had booked directly with us, we would have given it to you, 2. Another problem, the reservation is made for breakfast and they tell you that you didn't have breakfast because you have to click on breakfast, and they ask for 20 euros per person for breakfast, 3. You go downstairs to use the spa, and they tell you that you are not allowed to enter without covering your head with a rubber hat, and they ask for a 10 euro payment, and in this hotel you always have to have money with you.

Hotel stuff welcomed us very friendly, we quickly pass registration and got help with our luggage. Room was very clean, cozy and nice bed for good sleep.

Fully up to expectations for a Hilton. The city is very modern, but the castle is a major site and the Seljuk mosque is fascinating--pre-Ottoman mosque with wooden columns ("forest mosque"). Great center for visiting Phrygian sites

The spa is the star..i wondered about the high price point but it was defintiely worth it given the world class spa experience with heated pools including massage jets, turkish bath, sauna, steam room and massage therapy!! There is even a state of the art gym :)

This hotel impressed with its cleanliness and great spa facilities. The inviting swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were helpful. While there was an issue with the safe and shower upon check-in, the staff addressed it promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

If shopping is a priority for you, be aware that it's a bit farther from the main shopping centres.

Clean big rooms,good foods !

nearly is a mosque,and around 3.300 am need to be with ears stack!

The staff were very helpful. I like the sauna and hot pool.

Sometimes there was a problem to communicate as we do not understand Turkish.

It is very clean, stuff is very kind, brrakfast is good.

Lighting is terrible in room and if you like really hot shower it is not possible, because max water degree is like 40C.

It's a great hotel. It's not in the center. There is a highway under the window and it can be noisy. Great breakfast. The room itself is large, cozy, comfortable. There is a spa center and a great pool 20 meters. The parking lot is large.

The food was great and delicious. Comfortable beds and a great shower once both staff and us could actually get it going.

Despite being illegal in Turkey, smoking was continuously allowed in the restaurant. Even after speaking to 2 staff, there was no interest in addressing it with the smokers! It was disgusting.There was little, if no staff that could speak english, which in itself is not a problem however there was no information on how things work either online or hard copy. The hamam was hopeless with no assistance offered around process etc.

Amazing Hammam, best pillows and mattress ever

Wifi did not work for us since it required an SMS activation. Plus the way they create your WiFi is NOT privacy-friendly since it is custom made to your cell phone and name. Hair dryer from the 80s, dirty windows so the view was not clear at all

The room was very nice, it was easy to find and park.

The hotel lets people smoke in the restaurant even though this is illegal in Turkey. Despite complaining, the restaurant staff did nothing and offered no solution . Only by insisting on speaking to the manager did the “VIP dining room” suddenly get offered to us. If the restaurant had been no smoking (like all the other hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip) our review would have been an 8/10. Also the room was over heated (it was winter) and even turning off the heating and opening the window had no impact. In the end we had to use the air con to get the room cool enough to sleep . In winter. Crazy.

In Afyon I was expecting more to thermal SPA in the hotel, I had to go for another Hotel for the thermal SPA

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good internet connection, safe and free parking spot

It would be better if the wardrobe in the room had more than 1 clothes hanger, everything else is great.

The staff was not friendly. Refrigerator was not working. There was one towel for two person. There was no teeth brush. I called three times reception on this five star hotel. It is totally overrated. I will ever choose this hotel again.

Every thing Great location near the river & very close to the castle.My children loved the swimming pool so much.

The King Suite was excellent : spotless, clean, and very tastefully decorated. The suite had a nice large sitting room with a good view of the city and water channel, nice bedroom and two bathrooms.Good food in the restaurant.

Great experience, with really friendly staff and large, spacious rooms. We were given a free upgrade by the staff at reception and got a fantastic room with a living area and views over the river. Will be back!
