Need air conditioned rooms in summer.Must at least as a minimum have a fan in the room.This is the main problem in summer at this hotel. The management must seriously consider at least a fan in each room. Best would be air conditioned rooms coz the rate per night is not cheap.

Very friendly staff. Superb dinner which was included in the price of the room.

A little far from the city centre, however well connected through public transportation.

Its pretty outdated from the inside, No Air conditioning, it’s not so amazing temperature in july august especially. Smoke smell in rooms, could be a problem for non smokers. Dinner wasn’t so amazing as they serve you a portion on a plate and that’s it.

Worst hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I cannot understand why it has such a high rating. It is not worth even $20 per night. The room lacked a refrigerator, air conditioning, or even a fan. Its proximity to the highway makes it impossible to sleep with the window open due to the noise. The extreme heat made the stay unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep at all. The food was terrible, particularly the dinner, which was cold when served. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. I do not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, the hotel is clean, personnel is friendly.

Breakfasts and dinners are very mediocre. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, some guests smoked in the corridor, and the staff preferred to use airfreshener instead of preventing these guests smoke.

A normal hotel, worth its price. Everything was clean, the room was warm, breakfast and dinner were included.

Unfortunately, the staff allows themselves to pester clients, write to their number and annoy them with their requests to go out for a walk.

The staff was kind and smiling. The guy at the reception speaks English. It was clean, and great value for money. Very convenient for travellers and people going to visit the stone factories in Iscehisar.

Only thing was, I arrived right before dinner ended, and went up to leave the bags and relax for a few minutes. It would have been nice if he had mentioned that I only have 5 minutes before the clear out. And since it's on a large street it's a bit noisy.

Good soft bed, WiFi, sitting area at reception, new lift, good warm shower. Dinner we bought together with the room is chopped meat in tomato sauce with potatoes( no alternative), soup, watermelon and tea.

Not all staff speak English, breakfast was simple. It could be better with fresher bread, eggs and fruit.

Dinner is good and enough to fill you up. Breakfast as well.

Dinner and breakfast exceeds the expectations. The room was clean. Parking place was just near the hotel and it was free. Location is very good, just near the city center. Murat from the reception was very helpful.

We stayed here only one night, it was ok. There was a lot of space to park the car, the food was nice, the price was totally ok, the staff polite as usual. Unfortunately we were too tired to see the city, maybe next year. Overall this was a nice stay, no problems whatsoever.

We were surprised to see that there was no air-conditioning, however it was not needed as the temperatures during the night were ok. Also, the hotel was situated near the road so it was a little bit loud and we were not able to close the windows because of the lack of the AC, but it was manageable.

Front side noisy, can’t sleep. No air conditioning, they mentioned but don’t go during summer time.No tooth brush, tooth paste, Terrible shampoo and soupOld rooms, bed Wifi Dinner is only simple food(soup, appetiser, main dish, simple drink). No choice.

A good one-night hotel for those who are traveling and need a night to rest.

The older waiter working during breakfast was extremely rude. These are the profiles of people who ruin your whole day with their behavior. If I had known that I would meet such a person in the hotel as this waiter, I would have booked another hotel...
