Location and staff was very good!

No coffee in the room ! Some odour in the room towels were not good!

Cleanliness of their rooms are the best ad probably only plus point. Just one water bottle was the only extra thing in the room. Staff were friendly but not skilled or experienced.

There is no way contact anyone if you need something. At least a facility to make your own coffee or Tea would be nice.

The accommodation was fine, it's a pity that the pool was not filled. Presonal was kind and helpful with organizing the safari.

Long time to wait in reception to get key and staff very late to come, i have visit this hotel 3 time reason is everything is good past but you need to improve all cleaning and facilities to get good business, hotel is very nice and staff all so helpful but need to improve some area specially cleaning in room

Don't be fooled by the images. Clearly, over time, the property has lost its look due to lack of maintenance. Comunal areas weren't cleaned. Both our rooms had live cockroaches, plenty of gecko droppings, and cobwebs in the bathrooms. Though I asked the staff to clean rooms, they weren't bothered much. I had to do it myself in the end. Only 1 working TV channel. We weren't comfortable to order food from this place.. Location wise, very close to the temple grounds but definitely overpriced for the cleanliness.

Nice location very near everything, staff specifically cook and room services person are very friendly helpful and manager are doing best job for hospitality

Room was ok

No tea making facility in the room , so many flyes inside the room had to get rid of it , no new type charging points , and no food or drink at property unless orderd beforehand and delivered from shops outside.

The rooms were large and well furnished. Reasonably clean. Has a large, clean and well maintained pool. Has a well maintained garden. Very convenient and safe location.

Some of the fixtures in one of the rooms I booked was broken and could improve on maintenance and the politeness of some staff members though the manager and owner try to maintain a good service. Could improve on the quality of food too.

Customer services needs improvement, room had no water glasses or water bottles provided, only after informing did we get.

Good location. Manager and staff They were very frindly and they have good customer service experience. Specially restaurant food was excellent. We had our breakfast and Dinner same as our home made food. Only thing you can add some other product as Hoppers, pittu etc,.. for Dinner and breakfast.

Rooms need more cleaning . Specially wash room. All edges of the bath room to be brushed and cleaned. After get the shower all over the bathroom full with water. Shower area can be separate (Two level ) from the toilet and the sink. Swimming pool is in very bad maintenance. All over the skimmer is not clean and dirt deposited . Pool hygine is most importanat and every an hour they have to do the CL and Ph test. Pool is to be vaccumed every day.

It was conveniently located close to the kataragama Dewalwya, the whole setting and the staff had done wonderful job to make our stay memorable
