The location is the best between the greenery, just like a resort should be. The food, staff, environment, room and everything else was excellent and even they upgraded our room at no extra cost

The extra single bed was uncomfortable and ALA carte food menu was limited

Such an exemplary hotel, from the main road if you blinked you'd miss it. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautifully curated and absolutely full of wildlife, within minutes of checking in we saw all manner of tropical birds, frogs, squirrels lizards and even some small snakes in the ponds lining the central garden path. As a wild life lover this was particularly exciting. The swimming pool was great and had nice views of the jungle in the distance, the room was spacious, comfortable and well lit. Staff were so friendly too, wished I could have stayed longer.

Restaurant was fine but could be a lot better, it felt very retro and was a little bit pricey. I'd say they should stick to serving local dishes as the western style food was not quite right. Not so much a compliant as a suggestion.

Beautiful gardens, lovely food in the restaurant, excellent aircon and friendly staff

From the welcoming up to the checkout everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful We got connected room for the kids and ourselves even if we didn't ask for. The rooms were very comfortable and had all amenities. This must have been the first hotel where the pictures of the swimming pool did reflect the real beauty and size. ?

It is at 6km from Dambulla but there's plenty of Tuktuks to catch.

IT is a very normal outdated room that still relies on key to open the door. The hotel environment is nice

Many negatives:You cannot drive up to the porch of the hotel lobby. You have to manage your own luggage from the car park. The toilet has a foul urine smell that doesn't go away after flushing and washing.There is no lift or elevator but the porter can helpI can hear visitors partying or talking loudly downstairs. We miss the EUROs UEFA Soccer final because it is not shown on the channels

The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Overlooks lovely scenery. Nice sized pool. Dogs appear to be well looked after.

The drain smell from the bathroom. The room required a little maintenance of the air con. Not many vegetarian options for dinner or breakfast, but the vegetarian options that were there were nice. But the buffet area was quite cramped - this could have been as the hotel was busy.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful. It's located in a big mango garden with lots of mango trees. It gave the feeling of being in a forest which was very calming. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was terrific. The calmness in the surroundings was beyond compare. It was very relaxing.

It would have been good if there were more varieties of food in the breakfast and dinner buffet. The Sri Lankan food was not very good (even I cook better than that :D). The pool was right next to the restaurant which put us off a bit. It would have been better to have a private pool.

Never Again!!

We were informed by the staff that we got “upgraded” and eventually i found out the room they gave us was what we actually booked through booking.com in the first place.Then the room keys did not work,then the AC was spoilt.In that moment, As the Resorts GM could not solve matters, i called the owner of the resort one Mr Thisa, who was seriously rude on the phone. i gave up! Thank God it was just one night of a nightmare!

Overall everything was as expected. Great welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast and Dinner options were good and delicious. Especially local foods provided were very tasty.

A little bit old rooms..some minor renovation could be required.

It's too hot in the restaurant. There is only fans and lot of insects that come on the food.

The hotel is located in a beautiful private park. I was greeted by an attentive staff. We took the rooms quickly. There was even time for a swim before dinner. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and cozy. The bathroom is large. The bed is comfortable. The dinner consisted of very delicious, mainly local dishes. The breakfast consisted of a good selection of fresh and high quality food. I can only recommend. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The gardens and serenity of the property, everything felt intentionally arranged and welcoming. Everything was always clean despite the constant rain. Hardly any mosquitoes or bugs, not even on the balcony. The pool and restaurant area was really nicely set up and the staff were wonderful. Rooms were spacious and clean and felt so homely with small touches.

Too much Christmas carols, on repeat both at reception and by the pool. The menu was too international/Western and would loved to have seen more local short eats or snacks.

Excellent value for money. Staff were very willing and helpful. Room was large, bed was huge and comfortable. Food was fine. Live music in the evenings.

The pool is very nice. The staff were really helpful and organised transport when requested. The food was very tasty with lots of selections. Would highly recommend this hotel.
