Very clean, nice and welcoming stuff. The room spacious and shower pressure was amazing! The location is superb! Close to shops restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was good with many options to chose from.

The only thing that really spoiled it all was the air conditioning being weak and impossible to control from the room itself. It took time for the room to be cool.

AC was almost none existing sorry to say i couldn’t sleep all night room was very warm , i called in the middle of the night and they tried to fix it.. but sadly was warm

Clean, modern, comfortable . Design in rooms, hallways and lobby is fantastic ! Very clean and well kept up .Pool area is great - perfect size and in a backyard setting between buildings - very cool and urban - clean and comfortable

Profesionality of staff is level of top hotel chains...From reception, over the kitchen, cleaning staff...everything on top level

The room was in the Anex section, outside the main building hotel, with a small welcoming garden, comfortable bed.Good breakfast and best location.

Shower relative low water presure

We didn't stay in the hotel. It was a room nearby the hotel. The breakfast was nice, the street is amazing, the view from the balcony. Location was nice, beach is near.. This is not in the old town, it take 15 min to get to the old town.

We didn't stay in the hotel. It was a room nearby the hotel. The room was very small, not like the photo, very small bad, very small balcony with nowhere to sit, closet very small, no place to put our clothes. Also very small bathroom with no place to put staff.

The whole staff took really good care of us, almost like a 5-star hotel! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Especially the manager Sabrina went above and beyond!The room was spacious and with all the needed amenities. The bed was very comfortable.Hotel super close to the beach and other services (mini market, car rental...) and good restaurants around the area within a very short walk.

It was centrally located

Most concerning issue was the lack of security for valuables in the room. I advise future guests to use the safe. The rude attitude of the hotel director when discussing this was also an unpleasant surprise to us, we have stayed in so many hotels around the country so far and have been always treated nice.It was loud in the morning due to the thin walls and the view from the window was not nice at all.

Very comfortable hotel in the city centre, comfy beds, clean and tidy.

Breakfast is adequate but was not wowed by it. Bear in mind I'm gluten intolerant and it's hard to get great options in general at hotels.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is located at a quiet area of Rhodes and very close to the new city center. Within 10 mins walk, you reach to the many restaurants, shops and stores like Zara, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger etc. Breakfast was decent and provides everything for a non-morning family. The old town is just 5 minutes away by car.

Nothing really but sometimes the parking can be problem.

We liked the staff and their service very much.The hotel has a few parking spots that can be rented directly at the reception and we were lucky that there was one available for us. Very nice breakfast buffet and good coffee.Bed and mattress - so comfortable.

Everything was great. Nothing against it. Great for a night away to explore Rhodes town over Christmas and New Year.

Breakfast could have a few more options but it was a nice one regardless.
