Everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine; all dishes were delicious. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The many restaurants gave a luxury feel to the place and broke up the buffet dining. Having the beach so close was great
For 5 stars I expected the rooms to be perfect, however there were some imperfections.
We had a lovely stay at Eden Roc, we loved the amazing food, variety of restaurants and sports and just being able to have a proper reset
The food was very good in all the restaurants
Insufficient staff in the bars, there were constant queues at all times at all the bars.Housekeeping was poor, bathroom items not refreshed daily. The mini bar was empty on arrival and filled only after 3 complaints and 14 hours had passed and was then not replenished for the rest of the stay 8 nights. The hotel looks tired and is in need of renovation, carpets were stained & dirty, lifts break down each day, bathroom sink leakedThe staff were pleasant but appeared short on numbers and lacking in customer service training This was far below a 5 star experience
The location, the restaurant’s, also the stuff are helpful.
The elevators didn’t always work we where on the 4th floor. The noise at night ( until 23;00) from the bar, you just can’t sleep on the rooms above, the music is in your room. We asked and changed the room to the other side of the building.
Everything was amazing, special thanks for the whole stuff for their kindness and care! The restraurants were amazing, just like the foods. We have been upgraded to a room with sea view, which was stunning! The beach was really near with many activites and boat trip options.
Room Tip: Earplug is a must if you would like to sleep if you have a room in front of the beach bar area
Good location, friendly stuff and very nice beach/pools.We also had a really awesome view from the roomThe food was really tasty . Main buffet has a large selection of dishes and we liked it even more than the food in some of the restaurants of the hotel.
1. Elevators - we were on the 4-th floor and there were issues with elevators almost on the daily basis. 2. Room cleaning is done till very late. We used to come to the room to rest after the lunch around 14:30 and they even didn't start to clean it up few days in row
We stayed in the 800 swim up pool suites , these were very spacious for the 3 of us and we loved having our own bar and cafe so we did not have to fight crowds. The resort as a whole is very tired, they are extremely short on staff which is not nice when you pay the money we did. only 1 bar tender most days at each bar and long lines. Buffet food awful some of the restaurants are good. The entertainment need help, its OK. The entertainment staff don't do much, they all stick together. if they got people more involved it would be better. No music and very little activities by the pools. The salt water pools are salter than the ocean and I did not like that at all.
lack of entertainment by the pools,(no music) very short on staff in all areas. The loungers are very tired as well as the main resort. This place said they did the resort up but that was not true, even the staff said nothing had been done yet. the pitches for the kids was a joke as well as the volley ball, it was rocky and hard. no one was really on it. The buffet food, the meat was way over cooked and was like rubber.
Such an amazing experience! I have to say that all the staff at the hotel was welcoming and very kind but The reception team is extraordinary!they were amazing! I’m pregnant with a little baby and they helped us so much and they were just so kind to us!The restaurants were amazing and the food quality was high!
The grill restaurant didn’t have enough meat options besides pork
Location, staff and the food
We where 3 persons in a 2 bed room with an extra bed. The extra bed was very simple, like a camping bed. Worn and uncomfortable. Didn’t expect that at a hotel like this. Besides that the hotel and location is 10/10. Second time for us at this hotel
We faced many issues when we first arrived at Eden Roc at 1am which weren't addressed until the next day by Rena (one of the complex managers). Rana listened to our concerns and was proactive in supporting and rectifying these. If it wasn't for her, the holiday would've been a disaster as, she offered us lounge access and massages. The massage by Rea was lovely.Nikos at Lounge 800 is fantastic, makes fantastic drinks and has great service - he helped us get through the holiday, this is the heart of the hotel and brilliant. Emanouela was very kind and bubbly too as well as Dimitris on the bar was also very sociable. The bbq was great and the restaurants were mostly really lovely although, they usually only let you order 1 item each which is strange as we wanted to share a few dishes (and it is an all inclusive after all). I messaged the hotel a few times beforehand to book the restaurants as I read they get booked quickly and they did do this which is a massive help.Evening entertainment was good but, there was little seats available.
We had no offer of a drink on arrival at 1am.This certainly isn't a 5* hotel and would be a borderline 4*. When we arrived, our room (supposed to be a sea view double) was not a sea view and had two single beds - a great way to celebrate your anniversary. Entry to the room was blocked by the cleaning cart and left like this all night which is a health and safety and fire risk. To make matters worse, our in room phone did not work. There was also no water in the room or, fridge despite being a heat wave. The chair in the room (726) was dirty and full of leaves. The walls had marks all over them and there were hair and bugs in the bed. There were stains on the sheets and no beach towels. There was a fly splatted on the slide, no bath, no slippers and the door knob wobbled. The mini fridge is filled with a few cans and doesn't get filled up again and if you want it to, you pay for it. There was dust everywhere. We were told the room was going to have a deep clean but, on day 3, the fly remained. We were moved rooms on our fourth day to a sea view which was thankfully, a lot cleaner (426). However, after showering, I noticed I was using a towel that had old blood (I assume) marks splattered all over it. At this point, I didn't bother reporting it as, the cleaning was abysmal. The double bed had a filthy topper on it and the door had a huge gap under neath it too. The balcony was not cleaned at all. There is also no room service.Cocktails (besides the lounge) are made with syrup and very sugary. Queues for the bar can get long. There are no fans in the outside restaurants so, it can be uncomfortable eating in 30 degree weather with no wind and something to be aware of.Pool toilets weren't clean and were overflowing except for Lounge 800 which were great. The 1 hour beach towel policy isn't adhered to and on one day, there were no beach towels available. The hotel needs more staff, better cleaning and better facilities. I wouldn't return.
This was our second stay, i was satisfied with my first experience that’s why i chosed the same hotel again. This time it was good again. Dinner times i couldn’t find main dish for myself generally i ate salads (there was too less beef option compared to pork)Beach barmen and maids are creating a wonderful job, their coctails are awesome and they are working so fast, Mr Alexandros is a very skilled barman, special thanks.Sea and beach was great, we didn’t use pools. i feel safe and cosy at this hotel, customers of this hotel are very nice people in general
room cleaning service was poor
I like the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful ( especially Maria ?front desk) took a trip to Tsambika beach worth it for fun with kids. Overall hotel has so much to offer as far as water sports that everyone is entertained. Will definitely recommend the place.

The food was excellent in this hotel. There was a choice of 8 restaurants and we got to eat in them all. Each one was nicer than the next. We really enjoyed all the meals here. We stayed for 10 days and never got bored with the food.
Some of the decor inside the hotel was a bit tired. The rooms were a bit basic but we didn’t spend much time in the bedroom so this really didn’t affect us. The main bar and restaurant areas were lovely though.
The pools and restaurants
The smell of plates is not goodAll plates have a bad smell
Nice scenery, location, views. Some food was very nice. Restaurants were very scenic and pleasant and included in the all inclusive.
A lot of bugs, all inclusive food was mediocre, I’ve stayed at other all inclusives that did it a lot better. Air con didn’t really work either. Was not allowed to leave the not really working air con on due the hotel being environmental, yet they print out feedback forms on paper for every room and the restaurants. Feels a bit hypocritical. Salt water pool wasn’t really for me either, burns the skin if it’s sensitive
Very good food and drinks. Beautiful beach and many possible activities!
Some parts of the hotel a little outdated.
