Sunny Days has helpful staff and is great for travelers. The breakfast and room service were sufficient, though a few improvements to the room furnishings would enhance the experience. Perfect for those who want a base near Ixia Beach.

The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made it a great choice for us. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach, while we enjoyed the peace of mind knowing everything we needed was close by.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a nice balcony. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Rhodes.

Breakfast was a daily highlight with a variety of fresh, local options to choose from. Eating by the pool each morning was the perfect start to our day.

Sunny Days is located near several restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Ixia Beach. It’s easy to get around without needing a car, which made our holiday even more relaxing.

Ideal for a quick beach holiday, the hotel offers the essentials with friendly service. It’s not luxurious but has everything you need. The nearby restaurants and markets make dining and shopping convenient.

The pool area is well-kept, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. We loved the Delizia Pool Bar, which serves refreshing drinks and snacks—perfect for a relaxing day by the pool.

This hotel is perfect for families. Kids loved the pool, and beach access made outings easy.

Our room was both modern and comfortable, with all the essentials. Housekeeping kept everything spotless.

The Staff lovely. Clean room. Too noisy room above pool and bar.

Overbooked by 1 night on arrival. Transported to another hotel 5*. Arrived back at original hotel Next day. 2 days wasted of a weeks holiday.Room allocation a fair distance from Reception no help with luggage. Being 68 found it difficult. Plus Stressful . Definately wouldnt go back. . Im more tired on arrival home. Than i was when i went .have booked with Booking .Com. for years but considering package holidays in the future!!!

Lovely hotel in convenient location. We were half board and the food was great, we really enjoyed it. Overall staff were great but a few new people could do with more training. The pool was very refreshing and there was a bus stop very close to the hotel. All in all great holiday.

Only slight remark would be the breakfasts could be hotter in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Decent breakfast every morning which I would recommend going B&B. Rooms have everything you need, large dressing table and vanity station plus ringlit bathroom mirror. The pool is just perfect and the pool bar does great food for a reasonable price. The location is great and there is a bus stop right outside to get in and out of the old town - if you also fancy a night in, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars local to the hotel just a few steps away.

As a couple, we were disappointed to have two single beds rather than a double, but in all honestly, it didn’t bother us too much. We would have really liked a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc as most hotels have, considering how nice the hotel is, this would have been expected. Despite the breakfast being hearty and decent, the temperature was always on the colder side. We also decided to dine in the hotel restaurant on of the nights and the food tasted great but was honestly cold. We had a two week stay and house keeping were tidying our room almost every day, sweeping, mopping, fresh towels etc but despite making our beds which we appreciated greatly, in two weeks they never changed our sheets which we found strange. All in all, none of the above would deter me from staying here again. The goods by far outweighs to mids.

Bad

They gave us a room without working air condition and they didn't do anything about it our entire stay. They assured us to refund us some money but they said they couldn't give us anything in written form. We had to do it over booking.com because that's the right way to do it. So we took the managers word on it. And now the manager declined everything and is not willing to refund anything and booking.com is not helping us at all. Worst experience ever. Definitely the last time using booking.com and definitely never going back to this hotel. Thanks for nothing!

I would like to mention two positive things about our stay. We were provided with free transportation to another hotel, which was a helpful gesture, and the air conditioning in our room worked properly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, those are the only positive aspects of our experience at Sunny Days Hotel.

I want to start with the most important issue, namely safety. Our smoke detector was out of order and I reported this to the hotel immediately. They assured me it would be fixed, but it never happened. We spent three nights with a defective smoke detector in our room, along with our two children. When the maintenance person finally came to check the detector, he bizarrely asked if I knew how to fix it and if he needed any tools to address the issue. This was an unsettling situation.The sink in the bathroom was also blocked. A hotel staff member came close to midnight to fix it, but he was unable to resolve the problem and seemed irritated by the task, making us feel as though we were asking too much. The noise he made woke both of our children, and the issue wasn’t fixed until the following day.For the first time, I experienced waiting outside the restaurant for breakfast because there wasn’t enough space to accommodate all the guests. This was frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning staff spoke loudly outside our room early every morning. This was particularly annoying as we were woken up by them almost every day. They also knocked on our door between 8 and 9 AM to clean, which I believe is far too early, especially when you're on vacation.We requested a couple of plates and cups from the hotel since our room had a kitchen, but despite our 11-day stay, we never received them. Lastly, someone stole two towels from the pool area that we had borrowed from the hotel, and we were charged 10 Euros each for them.Overall, our experience at Sunny Days Hotel was very disappointing. We have traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that this is the worst four-star hotel we have ever stayed in.

Room too small with balcony adjacent to an open store room with employees working, talking , making noice etc2 room was cleaned 3 times over a 6- day stay and .bed sheets were not changed3.TV was working but with very limited channel choice. you could not tune in even to the main greek stations.
